Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

*Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.*

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

Please note that this unit has a small step-up into the bedroom area. It is marked with caution tape to ensure guest safety.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Located within walking distance to nearly all offices and retail stores on the State St corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

We stayed here for four nights while visiting our daughter. So glad I found this spot. Very clean and comfortable, and also beautifully renovated. Just a block off State St, so close to many restaurants, bars, and stores. Beach was a short 20 minute walk away. The bathroom had everything you’d need, and they even had coffee and tea for our use. Staff was quick to respond by text to any questions we had. Great place for a short stay!

We rented several units at this property for my daughter’s SB wedding and it was the perfect location! The admin staff were easy to talk to on the chat and responded very quickly when we had questions. The rooms were very well appointed and unit 8 was perfect for the bridal party to get ready in. I have already recommended this property to other brides.

Fully equipped room for two

This unit was super clean and modern and only a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on State Street. The unit has a kitchenette with small fridge and all the utensils and dishes you need for wine and cheese at the bistro table on the front patio. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend!

We were in 6A. Good location, efficient and an OK place to stay. We appreciated the quick response when we had an issue with our shower, and the offer to reimburse/gift back some of the fee. I did feel that the fee for our stay was too steep though, and in general not worth what we paid. But it did the trick.

Lovely Place

Not the place for us "seniors"

Much smaller than I expected - and a step from the bedroom was not easy for us (who must get up at night; I'd luckily brought a nightlight from home. We two couldn't eat together indoors unless one sat on the bed since there was only one chair. (The outside chairs, at a small table, were latched down so we couldn't move one chair indoors & it was too cold both morning & evening to eat outside. A small folding chair can easily be stored in the closet. The bathroom lacked a towel rod for holding a wet towel spread so it could dry. We appreciated the chocolate but I needed medium roast unflavored coffee (dark roast was fine for husband but not for me); I was grateful to get prompt & good response to my request, with instructions to access storage to choose more coffee (though the initial code I was given didn't work & I had to call again). We didn't see an indoor container for our recycling (glass, plastic, paper) so we just gathered it up as best we could to take to the outdoor recycling bin. I may have missed that there wasn't a one-burner cook surface; we made do by cooking eggs in the microwave. Very comfortable bedding & mattress & ample towels. Biggest issues for us were the small space, indoor step, & single chair. This place may be better for a younger solo person, who doesn't want to cook anything except in a microwave.

Honeymoon Getaway

Besides it sounding like an elephant was moving furniture around at 2:00 in the morning 3 out of 4 days of our stay, everything was perfect! Its a short drive to downtown, walking distance from an IHOP, and in a really cute neighborhood that is great for walking around. We felt safe the whole time and were sad to leave. You also can't beat the price for the location. It is a little small, but for two people who enjoy each others company, its perfect! I am also not sure how the other units are, but we were in a room with a bathroom, king bed, and a space with a microwave, sink and fridge. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone who asks, and will be back!

Tight little studio

Very nice studio. The space was a little tight and the step out of the sleeping area is scary. However, the place is very well remodeled and high quality materials are used. We enjoyed our stay and was located in a very convenient location.
