Ready to relax? This newly constructed 2021 Port St. Joe home provides peaceful neighborhood vibes with a distinctly beachy flair. This spacious, two-story modern home comes equipped with all the necessities and so much more! Beach wagon, chairs, and a variety of toys make a day at the beach hassle-free. Once back from enjoying the sun and surf, shower off in the home's outdoor shower and relax on the covered porches or in one of two roomy and beautifully furnished living room spaces. Watch your favorite movie or tv show on one of the six smart TVs. a delightfully powerful viewing experience is available on the upstairs living room's 85-inch television with an accompanying soundbar. Hulu Live streaming (equivalent to cable) is provided free of charge and guests are welcome to use their own accounts to access other streaming apps. The fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances will make vacation cooking a breeze. The dining table can seat eight to twelve people, with four additional chairs at the kitchen bar. For an al fresco dining experience, there is a lovely table with six chairs and a gas grill outside. Guests can also enjoy access to the community pool during their stay. Need to finish up some work first? The main bedroom is situated downstairs separate from the other bedrooms and features a desk workspace to help you focus. Central air-conditioning with dual thermostats keeps the home cool and comfortable. You are sure to find your favorite chill space within this charming home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
