The STUNNING Villa Sea Glass! Located in the gated Sugar Ridge enclave.

Villa Sea Glass is located in the exclusive gated community of Sugar Ridge. The villa faces west providing spectacular 180* views of the Caribbean Sea, stunning sunsets, and surrounding green hills. Villa Sea Glass boasts 2,700 square feet of indoor living space and 2,200 square feet of terraced outdoor living space. The open air plan of the great room features three huge sliding glass doors that fully retract into the walls allowing for indoor-outdoor living at its best. It is a wonderful gathering place for family and friends to reconnect. The four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms allow for privacy, and comfortably hosts up to 8 people. The outdoor patios have entertaining areas, sun loungers, and a stunning zero edge pool.

Located in the mountains above Jolly Harbour, the close proxminity allows for easy access to many great restaurants, a grocery store (not many on the island!), a pharmacy, and the launch spot of all boating excursions. St. John's and VC Bird Airport are only a 20- 30 minute drive from the Villa. Antigua is said to have 365 beaches, one for every day of the year. Four of the best beaches are within just a few minutes drive from Villa Sea Glass.

I fell in love with Antigua when I lived on the island as a child and have returned too many times to count. When I happened across this home for sale, I knew this would be where I eventually retire. Until then we will share it with a few lucky travelers! I hope you too fall in love with the view, my home, and Antigua!

This is a great location on west side of island. Very near several beaches. View of harbor and ocean from the deck and pool is outstanding. This is a gated community with a guard attendant We rented a van that seats 8 from Titi Rent a Car for the week and we ventured out each day. Shirley Heights on Sunday evening is highly recommended if you like outdoor music and barbecue. Both home owner and property manager were very responsive with all questions. We had a great time.

Fantastic EVERYTHING

What an amazing property and experience. The house is located on Sugar Hill with utterly breathtaking views of Jolly Harbor and the water. The outside facilities (landscaping, pool, lounging chairs, decks) are wonderful - lots of casual time floating in the infinity pool overlooking the harbor and swinging in the chairs. Inside, the kitchen is well stocked and felt like home. These beds are SO comfortable! Really everything was perfect. We are already hoping to rebook next time for another family vacation,

Fabulous!

My family and I had a fabulous time at Villa SeaGlass. The Villa is stylishly decorated yet homely and welcoming. The layout is perfect and it is set in a wonderful location with an amazing view and close to many amenities -restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beaches. Thank you to everyone at Villa SeaGlass, we will be back!

Family vacation!

The stay was good. A few things could have been better. Just didn’t have enough towels and wash clothes. Very hot in the kitchen and living room no ac. The pool had bugs in it.

Another Wonderful Trip to Paradise

My Husband and I stayed at Villa Sea Glass last year for our 40th Anniversary and could not wait to return. We enjoyed 9 wonderful nights in Paradise. Absolutely stunning Villa with attention to detail and everything needed for a wonderful stay. Beautiful view and Sunsets. Host Cameron was wonderful as well as Property Manager Jo. Antigua is beautiful and relaxing! We are already looking for dates for next year!

Just perfect!

This was our second time staying at Villa Seaglass and I’m sure it won’t be the last! Everything about this place is pure perfection. The views can’t be beat! Location is wonderful, with grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance. And of course, so many beaches close by! But we even chose to stay at the house and lounge by the pool some days. It’s just that good! Cameron was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on things to do on the island. Loura and Natasha (house staff) were incredibly friendly & accommodating! Can’t wait to return!

Stunning property

You will be blown away by how beautiful Sea Glass truly is. The pictures don't do it justice. You will want for nothing. The property is stocked with every amenity you will need and the outdoor space is absolutely amazing! We did run into a small issue with the pool but Cameron made it right with her response and attentiveness. Just book this VRBO. You will not regret it!

Simply stunning

A group of 8 of us just spent 9 days at Seaglass (January 2024) to celebrate my husband’s ‘big’ birthday, and from the moment we arrived we were just blown away by the utterly spectacular setting. No camera could do justice to the view Seaglass gives you outside, and then indoors it is so impeccably, tastefully decorated that you just wish it was yours! The beds were all super comfortable, the kitchen was really well equipped, the AC in the bedrooms was very welcome, and the outdoor lounge and dining table saw a lot of use. On the days we weren’t out and about, the pool was the perfect place to be, and the swing seats proved incredibly comfortable and a popular spot with everyone. Both the owner Cameron, and Loura her property manager, went out of their way to make sure it was a first-class experience. Of the many rentals we’ve had over the years, Seaglass is in a different league. Completely wonderful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Cameron, and thank you for sharing your beautiful island, and the homemade birthday cake Loura!

We didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at sea glass was more than wonderful!!! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the property manager Loura was right there with us and very attentive!!!! House was well organized, spotless, and had everything you needed for a weeks worth of cooking. We kept our cooking to breakfast and lunches and went out for dinners with the locals. Many great restaurants and some not so good (mainly Sheer Rock). Our family spent a lot of time on the deck, in the infinity pool, and under the pergola in the swinging chairs. The view is unbelievable!!! We enjoyed our time so much that we booked another week in 2026. See you soon Sea Glass!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was in a great location and close to a lot of beautiful places. The property manager is wonderful and very communicative. She made our stay extra special. This home sits on a mountain side overlooking the harbor with views you simply cannot get anywhere else. They are worth the stay alone!

Awesome setting

The house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The best part of the house was the outdoor spaces and the magnificent view of the Caribbean. Loura, the house manager, was excellent, giving us beach and restaurant suggestions. My family of five had a great time and hope to return one day.

Great Week at Villa Sea Glass

The house is wonderful and the view is as good as it gets. We had a nice week at VSG and despite a few issues with some appliances and other things, enjoyed ourselves immensely. Both Cameron (the owner) and Loura (the local manager) are very responsive and easy to deal with. Loura was able to address all of our issues while we were there and, frankly, faster than would have been possible in the states. As noted, the view is stunning. The house is well appointed and the infinity pool was enjoyed by all each day. The furniture throughout the house is first rate and each of the bedrooms was very comfortable with AC at night. The house has a whole house generator which came in handy as the power went out in our area a few times throughout our week (not unusual in the islands). Jolly Harbour is a wonderful spot with very convenient grocery shopping, great snorkeling and scuba outfits (Adventure Antigua, Indigo Divers), pretty beaches and terrific restaurants all within a short drive. We made day trips to English Harbour and St. Johns, but found JH to be more our vibe all the way around. Our restaurants included Fox House, Sheer Rocks and Miracles with our preference in that order and the first two a step above third. Be prepared, Sheer Rocks is very expensive by island standards. We rented our cars from Titi's Rental in English Harbour and they were great vehicles delivered to the house upon our arrival. All in all, it was a great week and we plan to return ASAP!

September in Paradise

Our stay a Villa Sea Glass was overall fantastic. The villa is well-equipped. The kitchen had every gadget or accessory that we needed and then some. Amazing views. We had Chef Tracy of Big Head Lobster cater an amazing dinner. The restaurant is just a short walk from the Villa and we visited the restaurant as well. The pool guy was awesome, as was our driver, Big Lava. The host was very communicative and kept us well informed leading up to the stay. The only surprise was that the main living area is not air conditioned. Cross ventilation and ceiling fans helped out. I would recommend this property for a stay in Antigua.

Sea Glass

The most spectacular view of the Caribbean and Jolly Beach and Harbor. The property very well maintained and beautifully decorated, kept very Caribbean style. The kitchen is very well supplied, most anything is available and easy to work with. The owner and property manager are available and willing to solve issues that may arise. We were totally satisfied, be prepared for a wonderful vacation and relaxing stay. Bravo to all involved with the property from owners to cleaners and gardeners. Bravo to the whole team in response to the unexpected storm.

Family Vacay!!

We had an amazing time… it was extremely hot during our stay!! There’s no ac in the living room area so it was unbearable at times.. so i would recommend ac in the living room area especially during the summer months… home was at sugar ridge, beautiful location… we had one hiccup with the water but the maintenance man was prompt and was able to fix the issue.. Anyone would love the property.. location✅ Views✅ home✅ amenities ✅ ps I would recommend smart tvs in the room during dwn time… it would help once I’m in for the night I can watch some tv.. thank you for everything!!

Wonderful week in paradise

We loved every minute of staying at this beautiful property. Spent a week with family including 4 adults plus a 19 and 16 year old. It is equipped with everything you may need including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry plus beach mats and a cool box for trips out. It is located close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The pool was a great place for chilling and watching the sun set. Communication with Cameron before and during our stay was top notch, very helpful and informative. Highly recommend Ffryes, Darkwood, Crabb Hill and Turners beach. The worst part of our stay was having to leave. I really hope we can return one day.

Heaven!!!

My Husband and I stayed 10 wonderful days to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. I cannot say enough about Villa Sea Glass, it is absolute Heaven. If I could design a House - this would be it, I would not change a thing. Cameron, the Owner, is wonderful as is Loura, the Property Manager. We never wanted to leave and only ventured out for dinner - many lovely restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Our first time to Antigua as well - Beautiful! We promised each other we would go back next year! Thank you Cameron for sharing your Beautiful Home with us!

Amazing Rental!

We were so happy with this rental. We had a group of 7 staying here, and there were zero complaints, everyone was blown away! The house felt super roomy even with all the bedrooms being occupied. Loura and Cameron answered all of my questions and couldn’t have been sweeter. We did rent a car to get to the beaches/local spots, and used Danielle, a driver with a van, to get to dinners outside Jolly Harbour/airport. I can’t recommend this rental enough! Definitely would come back in a heartbeat.
