The infinity pool overlooks the shimmering sea, where vivid shades of blue stretch to the horizon. On clear days, the islands of Montserrat, Redonda, St. Kitts, and Nevis are visible in the distance. The villa features two primary suites, each with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Both suites are bright and elegantly designed, with calming interiors and uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding hills. Floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors allow you to wake up to fresh sea air and panoramic scenery.

Every detail throughout the villa has been carefully considered to ensure comfort and flow. The open-concept living space extends seamlessly onto a shaded terrace, creating a relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A fully equipped kitchen caters to those who enjoy cooking, while the lounge features a 50” plasma TV with Apple TV and Bose speakers for entertainment or music.

Please note (as of November 1, 2024): Several areas of the villa have been upgraded with new furniture. Current photos may show a mix of previous and updated pieces, including a new living room sofa, lounge chairs, and refreshed outdoor seating on the pool deck.

Several beautiful beaches are easily accessible from the villa. Hermitage Bay is just a 10-minute walk away, while Pearns Point—visible from the property—is about a 15-minute walk and offers quiet, scenic beaches. Within a 10–15 minute drive, you can explore other stunning beaches including Jolly, Valley Church, Fryes, Darkwood, Keyonna, and Turners—each offering its own unique charm.
