Sugar Beach is a gated community, located close to family entertainment spots, nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and golf.

No elevator waits or crowded beaches!
1 b /1 bath ground condo just steps away from the ocean. King bed in the master, with queen-size sofa pull-out.
From your covered patio, enjoy the view of the freshwater pond, or take a short walk to the pool, clubhouse, grill area, tennis courts, and the beach!

You're just a short drive to St. Andrews State Park and several marinas.

Please note: Our HOA requires a separate parking fee of $35 per stay (or per vehicle). This fee is not included in the booking total

We enjoyed the nice clean condo, and felt welcomed. Beautiful pool and clubhouse with ping pong table. The beach was not crowed and the walk there was not far. Nice stay for us!

It’s a little loud from road traffic and the bar at night, but the owner has zero control of that. The condo itself is beautiful and well maintained.

One of the best stays i’ve had with vrbo. The condo is very cute and if you have any cats you travel with they get a great view of a pond with lots of birds landing throughout the day. The condo was very clean and the host left plenty of extra blankets, towels, soap and many other essentials. The beach was very clean and a short walk on a path within the complex along the pond to the private entrance. I have zero complaints. The host and everyone in the complex were very nice. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back!

Property was clean and comforting. I would point out unit E1 is directly across street from Hammerhead Fred’s which has music till 2:00 am.Which was little too loud too and late for us.

This was a very nice resort. Everything was easy to access, very peaceful, very clean. The owners were very nice. It was pet friendly, and had plenty of areas to walk your dog with cleaning stations. We highly recommended this place.

Everything was great. Only concern was the lock on the front door was aggravating We sometimes had to try several times. The place, however, was so safe that we ended up just using the back door that was unlocked

The host was unbelievable. Communications were excellent. Any questions got an almost immediate response. And they were kind enough to find a couple of items we left and then made arrangements to ship them back to us
