Your holiday rental includes, on the first floor: a living room/lounge/kitchen (well-equipped) with a sea view on one side and a courtyard view on the other, access to two terraces: a 12 m² terrace with a sea view and a 10 m² terrace overlooking the courtyard, furnished with garden furniture. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with two 80x200 cm beds and the other with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower room, and a toilet with a washbasin. On the ground floor: an entrance hall with storage, a garage (not suitable for vehicles - only bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) with a laundry area. Parking is available in front of the house. The building is semi-detached with other holiday rentals. Breathtaking views of Costaeres Castle and one of Trégastel-Tourony's most beautiful beaches!
