気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Terrible experience! The host did not respond to any of my messages that I started sending more than a week before my reservation. I asked for instructions to access the lodging the night before the reservation still no reply. Then on my way there, on a 5 hour car drive, in the middle of the road I find the owner's phone number and text them directly. To my surprise, at first they say there is no such property on Abritel (!!!). Once I give them the reservation details, they admit that the property is there but it has been rented out to other people on another platform and completely ignored on Abritel. On top of that they said that the spa (which is the only reason the property is appealing, and maybe it's price can be justified...) is not even working and they failed to mention that in the description to begin with... Because of this I arrived to my holiday destination and had to figure out a new lodging in one of the busiest weekends and with a lot of my money not in my hand because of this incident. Probably my last time using this platform after this horrible experience.
