Feel comfortable in this cozy house that features original hardwood floors and the most comfortable queen beds available. Reminisce here because this is just like visiting grandma's house. The backyard is fenced in and features a fire pit, covered back porch with a propane grill & outside table, chairs. The living room contains a roku TV, window AC, bath with tub & shower. There is a computer desk & chair to work at, washer & dryer in kitchen. While it is located on the main road in Heath, it is quiet and comfortable inside. Conveniently located minutes from industrial parks, I-70, Buckeye Lake, National Trails Raceway, Boeing, Legend Valley concert venue. Buckeye Lake Winterfest is only four miles away. If bringing one pet, it must be no larger than 25 lbs and feces disposed of in dumpster immediately (so kids may also enjoy the yard). The $50 pet fee must be paid before at booking . Add the pet by clicking under the number of guests coming. Smoking is only outside, please use butt can in back.

House is easy to access, and everything in the house is as expected. Beds were comfortable, and basic supplies were present. Host's communication was prompt and helpful. Will rent here again. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Nice big fenced in yard

The property definitely has a grandma feel and neat pieces of decorations around the house. The fenced in backyard was nice since I have dogs.

Conveniently located

Was super close to all restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room for us 4 adults.The mechanic behind the house is great also, helped us out when our vehicle died.

Just Like Grandma's

I felt like I was transported in time back to my own grandma's house. It was fun to see the albums and the posters and photos on the walls. The beds were very comfortable and the the hosts were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little house. Did have an old smell but very quaint. Back steps could use some care Beds where very comfortable but if you want to sleep in don't take the front bedroom. Would definitely stay again. Loved the back porch.

Time warp to your own grandma’s house with this little gem. Thoughtful touches throughout including multiple charging stands, bedside table/stand for each person on each bed. Kurieg was nice - lots of condiments and spices. One bath isn’t my favorite but it was large enough. Overall this is a nice little house that’s not very walkable, and the road noise is largely drowned out by the window a/C units. Some shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided. Would recommend this property for dog owners-lovely fenced on yard. Back porch with umbrella was very nice to sit and watch the storms. Kitchen is well appointed if not very modern.

Wonderful little house. Is just as advertised. Shower could've been cleaner. Over all it was nice.

Would rent again. Needed a clean up on shower but not so bad that I wouldn't return. Very comfy and safe.

Nice little place for the price.

Cute little house with some interesting art. Nice covered back porch with a grill (we did not use). Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and clean. The only suggestion I have is that there is an odor, kind of a musty old-house smell that was a bit annoying. May have been coming from under the kitchen sink which looked a bit water damaged. The house is a bit run down but again, it had what we needed while we were in town for a wedding. Overall it met our needs and was more affordable than the hotel in Newark that the wedding party stayed at. Good location in that it is only a mile or 2 to a lot of retail stores and groceries.

Ohio Experience

Location was great! We was 10 minutes away from our activities and 5 minutes away from restaurants! House was nicely equipped and clean! Will definitely consider staying there again in the future!
