Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart TV. All bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans. The bathroom has Walkin shower. The laundry facility has brand new washer and dryer. The open concept living room, formal dining room can sit 6, kitchen bar can sit 4, open concept kitchen is great for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary items for cooking and entertainment purposes. The living room has two sitting areas one is a full-size pull-out sofa and the second side has a spacious sectional that can seat 6. The living room opens up to a sliding door with access to one of two patios. The back yard patio overlooks green yard and gives you privacy should you wish sit outside. The property is not kids' proof but we welcome families and in addition we do offer pack'n play upon availability. Please message me should you need one.
