I would highly recommend this property. It was conveniently located in downtown Asheville. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice.

Excellent location to the downtown. The unit was just as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and we had no issues with our stay. Perfect location to enjoy the downtown area and 5 minutes from the Biltmore.

The space was really nice, easy walking distance to downtown. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, but after that everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment.

Room with a view

We had a wonderful time in Asheville. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean with a great view from the balcony. Very secure building. Very well supplied. However the shower leaked and the shower floor was slippery. Loved having a washer and dryer on.site.

Clean, close to everything downtown and cozy condo. A must stay.

We love going to Asheville and have stayed at many places. All have been nice, but this will for sure be our second stay location because it is close to everything. Park the car and walk to where you want to go downtown. If you want to drive, can head wherever you need as everything is within driving distance. Very clean, cozy and quiet stay. No complaints and look forward to our second stay.

Spring Break in Asheville

The place was great and the location better than what I was expecting. We'd book a future trip to Asheville to the same condo. Only thing needed were more utensils and another pan or two. Thank you!

Beautiful condo

Nice view of the mountains. Very nice furnishings. Conveniently located and quiet. Very clean and the extra security pass codes for entry made me feel very safe. The only negative feed back is the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The condo could use more kitchenware. No martini glasses or cocktail items. No cutting boards, among other things. Otherwise we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

As Promised

This condo was a pictures in the listing, very clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. The essentials were available with the exception of bowls in the kitchen (we overcame it!). Very walkable to restaurants and shopping and a 5 minute drive to the Biltmore.

Beautiful appt rental. Great view and location. Some issues with check in. Had 2 sets of instructions. Unsafe situation with elevator. Did get it worked out.

Great location

Beautiful view and perfect location for walking downtown. We didn't have to use our car once. The only thing I would suggest is to put darker curtains in the bedroom. The early morning light was super bright and interrupted our sleep. The blackout curtains in the living area work great but they should be in the bedroom instead.

Nice condo, very close to shops, brewpubs, restaurants, Urban Trail, River Arts District, and more

The unit was very comfortable and accommodating. Loved that the owners provided coffee and starter supplies of basic cleaner and paper necessities. Beware . . . lots of security codes to punch in as you enter the garage, elevator, and room. That's not a bad thing, and in fact we appreciated the extra security. But some guests might find it annoying.

Great big sofa

We enjoyed the large sectional sofa when we were relaxing together. The living room TV was large but didn't get all the channels, including the one we wanted to watch together, that the bedroom TV did. The remote situation is confusing and I think the batteries were low. The bedroom mattress felt cheap and way too soft, but the friend reported that the pull-out bed was comfortable.

Great room but poor location

The room itself is fantastic, very clean, modern, with all the amenities we wanted. The only downside in our opinion was the limitation of 1 parking space and the neighborhood. Since we had two cars, we had to use the paid lot next to the building for the other car. I didn't think it would be a big deal except that the building is right across the street from the bus station. There were a number of sketchy people around all the time. We didn't even feel comfortable walking from the building to downtown at night, we ended up taking an Uber. We never had a problem with anyone, but it was a concern and one I would have rather not had to deal with. So overall, it was a great place but the location was an issue for us.
