Communication getting there was terrible as stays link would not open and we didn't know how to communicate... a lot of extras involved payed extra for linen x4 plus taxes .. great location though

La vue est magnifique et les propriétaires sont charmants. Malheureusement sans air conditionné, 2 volets manquants, l’appartement devient une étuve en été. Le matériel est assez vétuste.

Yes, the balcony and view is amazing. But the apmt is quite dated. Furnishing are old. Pool looks nice in photos and is ok, but tough to get to and some what pedestrian. The elevator is an accident waiting to happen as the door slams shuts on people getting on or off. Parking is a major issue if you do not park on property given lack of spots. If you do park on grounds, getting up the hill is precarious with tight turns. Hot water is good and there are some really nice restaurants near by (Sole1938) and Capela (bakery)… tv doesn't seem to work. Manager speaks little English and offers little help or advice on the city or parking.

Just wonderful

This was probably the most beautiful apartment I've ever stayed in. Wonderful view from the balcony, very nice clean rooms, nice bathrooms, very roomy - we were so happy. It is true that the kitchen is a little small, without an oven etc. But everything else was just wonderful.

Stadtvilla mit traumhafter Aussicht

Gehobene sowie geräumige Wohnung mit Balkon und traumhafter Meersicht im obersten stock einer wunderschönen alten Stadtvilla. Schönes Inventar, jedoch wenig geschirr für 6 personen. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Meer und zur Altstadt entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Super locatie in een mooie stad.

Adembenemend uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Parkeren als je van vrijdag tm zo dag arriveert is verschrikkelijk . De auto stond illegaal en binnen 2 km omtrek wad er geen plek te bekennen. De ontvangst was slecht , de een mag met de auto de stijle helling op Voor de koffers en de ander niet. Bad moet je vullen met emmers warm water uit de keuken. Kleine keuken, mist een oven. Slecht servies voor 4-6 personen en soms zelfs minder. Badkamers en afzuigkap slecht schoon. Terras en slaapkamers goed. Raam kapot met luiken die met plastic zijn dichtgemaakt. Bank is voorzien van hoes . En het zwembad is alleen van 10 - 19 uur open wat nergens staat, rn dat is jammer. Bij het weggaan was er niemand te bekennen om even te vragen hoe het js geweest . Jammer. Dus een beetje pimpen en schoner, dan ben je een heel eind. Het balkon en de locatie maken heel veel goed, dat samen met goede bedden maakt het een prima vakantie

Fabulous Mediterranean View

Property was spacious and clean. Bathrooms were large and modern. Ourdoor balcony was beautiful and romantic with great views of the sea and Rapallo harbour. Cooking equipment was limited and only one dish towel. A new moka pot is badly needed. The property manager was friendly and helpful.

Amazing views from every room and close to terrific restaurants

This is a terrific apartment in a great town. The patio is huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, and there are dozens of terrific restaurants within a ten-minute walk. The train and bus stations are close by, providing easy access to all that this beautiful area has to offer. There is a bit of a climb to the front door from street level but the elevator from the first floor is fast. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great and the apartment is fully equipped for an enjoyable stay.
