We hope to return one day

Excellent location that cannot be beat! The location is the same, if not better, than the 5 star resorts in the area. Our children loved the enclosed garden and private beach access - safe & convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. The sofa and outdoor furniture have both been upgraded from the original Airbnb photos!

Great location for Ironman 70.3 but too expensive

Despite the price, this is not a luxury apartment. The kitchen is new and well-equipped but the quality of some of that equipment is cheap and the layout isn't great if you're using the oven. The shower is badly designed and, unless you lay a towel across the bottom of the door, floods the bathroom. The bedrooms are basic. The beds are comfy but none have headboards. The bedding was clean but the duvet covers were old and worn with split seams. We were in Mallorca to do the Ironman 70.3. The location is great for this event.

Dear guests, Thank you very much for taking the time to rate our holiday home. We are sad to hear that you were not satisfied. The apartment is not luxury (and wasn´t described like that), but it is well cared, reformed and in a "luxury" location. We don´t think that the price per night for an accomodation right next to the beach for 4 people is expensive. We honestly don´t think that the apartment deserves such a negative comment, but of course you are free in your opinion. Anyway we thank you for beeing our guests. Wat een fijne vakantie hebben wij gehad

Mijn man, ons dochtertje van bijna 3 jaar en ik zijn afgelopen week in dit appartement op de begane grond geweest. We troffen het in nette staat aan, het was ruimer dan op de foto's vonden we. Kinderbedje en kinderstoel stonden al klaar. Het strand is letterlijk grenzend aan de tuin van het appartementencomplex en de auto kon op eigen terrein staan. In de verte hoorden we soms een straatmuzikant zingen, of muziek van een hotel, maar dit vonden we zeker niet storend of belemmerend voor de nachtrust. De communicatie met de aanbieder verliep prettig. Wij hebben genoten, en zouden dit appartement ook zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Super Zeit!

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen mit unserem kleinen Sohn (1 Jahr) in diesem tollen Apartment und hatten eine super Zeit! Die Lage direkt am Strand und mit der sehr schön gepflegten Grünanlage auf die unser kleiner krabbeln konnte waren einfach unschlagbar! Das Apartment ist geräumig mit genug Platz zum Kochen, Waschen und Spielen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war stets hervorragend. Eine kleine Kritik müssen wir nur an den für unseren Geschmack zu weichen Betten und dem etwas geringen Wasserdruck in der Dusche äußern. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen.

Gute Lage

Insgesamt tolle Wohnung, sauber und alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern braucht. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes ist leider durchgelegen, weshalb es sich schlecht schläft. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, da es sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung gab.

Die Unterkunft ist top.

Direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung war bei Anreise super sauber geputzt. Leider fehlten die Mückenschutzgitter in den Schlafzimmern .( werden aber erneuert). Immer wieder gerne mit dieser Agentur-) Danke der Urlaub war toll ! Weiter so !

We were not happy with this apartment. It was dark and dingy. Bedrooms looked nothing like the pictures online. There were no household items. We had to go out and buy everything ourselves. It was hot and beds were uncomfortable. Would not want at here again

Apto coqueto a pie de playa donde encontrar el relax

Me ha encantado la ubicación, poder salir descalza del apto a la playa, decoración sencilla pero coqueta, reformado.El precio para ser primera semana de mayo es caro pero en comparación con el resto de aptos de la zona es correcto. Está bien equipado y hasta con canales de pago a disposición. Terraza estupenda y jardines súper bien cuidados .Destaco la amabilidad del propietario , seguramente volveremos ! Alguna sartén estaba ya en mal uso y se pegaba la comida, el hervidor de agua no lo usé porque no tenía buen aspecto.el mango de la ducha no se podía ajustar, el regulador de altura estaba roto.

Location is perfect. Just 20 meters to the beach. Big and well equipped. Big refrigerator with freezer, gas stow, dishwasher, washing machine, air condition, LCD TV, and a private parking place. I must mention super-fast internet (kids loved it, was just like at home). While we were there it was quiet, no loud neighbors. I definitely recommend it.

You are paying too much for this property

The condition of the property is poor. The kitchen is old and in bad condition (doors are damaged, the handles are loose), the douche leaks and floods the rest of the bathroom, it has humidity stains, the small sofa in the living room is in such a bad condition that I didn't want my daughter to sit on it. The bedrooms are dark and have insufficient lighting. I complained to the manager but they did not do much. After three days he dropped by to replace one of the bulbs. I think that an owner who rents this property for such a price does not show much respect for his guests.

Dear guests, Thank you for taking the time to rate our holiday home. We are sorry that you didn´t like the property allthough it was as shown in the pictures - including the kitchen but with a new big sofa. But as we were in direct contact during your stay we already knew that you had imagined something else. We haven´t been told that the shower "floods" the bathroom. Otherwise we would have solved the problem immediately. In any case, the apartment will be refurbished and an open kitchen will be made as the other one is old (as seen in the pictures).
