Surrounding area includes less than 1 mile drive to Mclean Metro Station (Silver Line), restaurants, bars, shopping and much more. Great for small or large groups & families, couples, and/or business travelers and perfect for DC touring. This home comes with free parking, washer/dryer and fast Wi-Fi with easy self check in/check out.

Open floor plan is great for a group of 8 traveling together (3 Queens, 1 Double bed, 1 pull out twin and a pack-n-play). Two more could sleep on couch in living room. Kitchen table seats 8, kitchen island seats 3, and dining room table offers seating for 6 guests. Living room offers seating for up to 10 to include a 50" flat screen smart TV and gas fireplace. Bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and fresh towels/washcloths. Board games and puzzles are also included for a night in with family and friends. The office has a private desk area to use as a work station with a standing desk. Other amenities such as an iron and pack-n-play are available to use, if needed.

Our house is close to a wide range of shopping centers and major stores, such as Wegman's, Trader Joe's & Walmart. It is 20 min to IAD Dulles Airport, 15 mins to DCA National airport and the DC monuments by car. Mclean Station (SilverLine) is 1 min drive by car. There is parking available at the metro station.

*Please note that there is sometimes a tenant that occupies the basement level of the home which has its own separate entrance and NO access to Airbnb guest areas.*

The property is deeply cleaned and sanitized following the COVID-19 pandemic protocol. Extensive measures are taken to deep clean and sanitize the entire house before our guests check in.

We live on a quiet street so please be respectful of our neighbors - no parties allowed and outside activities on our property have a midnight curfew.

Listing is for the main level with living room, dining room and kitchen as well as the upper level with bedrooms. Basement is not part of the listing so it will be off-limits to guests.
