Your home away from home in Bethesda with 3 bedrooms. This phenomenal townhome offers a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and twin bed for a comfortable stay. With 3 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Central heating and AC. For your convenience, we provide complimentary Keurig coffee and basic cooking supplies in the kitchen. If anything in specific that you would like to inquire, please send us a message.

WARNING: The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. NO GROUP GATHERING OR PARTIES ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $2000 FEES. EXTERIOR CAMERAS ARE ALSO BEING USED 24/7. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

Spent a weekend at the home with family to attend concerts at Wolf Trap (great concert venue if you have never been) and the house was perfect to give space to my husband and I and our adult children. A lot of great green space outside and plenty of room inside. Bethesda itself was charming and full of activity and great restaurants We had a great time and our host was great to work with!

The property met our needs for our trip and we were grateful for it! Even when we had a few minor hiccups the host was quick respond and offer solutions.

Very clean. Well stocked with linens and basics. Bag of toys was at next level for our 3 year old. Would definitely stay here again!

The size of the duplex met our needs and the neighborhood was quiet and a good location for us. It smelled very musty, there were mouse traps visible, the kitchen was poorly renovated. Literally looked like it was chopped in half to make the home a dual rental in the cheapest way possible. The fridge was in the entryway because of the strange kitchen dynamics. Dirty and stained walls in master bathroom. Mainfloor bathroom door wouldn't close/latch completely. It was also evident that an old roof leak had occurred as the walls were stained, and not taken care of. We stripped the beds to be friendly guests. The master bed had multiple stains on it. Just gross. Change the mattress cover. You know the saying "you get what you pay for?" This looked too good to be true and it was.

We were happy with this property. The basics were good: large comfy beds, decent showers, good living room and dining area, good a/c (much appreciated in the summer heat), big yard (with antlered deer!) and attached small playground, kitchen with adequate utensils/dishes/pots, quiet street and area. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Some of the “touches” needed work: very small kitchen, refrigerator was in the entry room and leaked water periodically, LR rug was stained, inadequate towels, minimal furniture and drawers in the BRs, door to bathroom in master BR had to be secured with a latch, in-house washer dryer leaked and flooded the upstairs bathroom where they are located, backup laundry room was outside and poorly lit. Certainly not luxe as the photos might have you believe, but nice and more than adequate and reasonably priced, and if you have young children you won’t have to worry about them breaking anything valuable. Should also mention that the stairs to the second floor where all the bedrooms are located is quite steep; didn’t bother our four-year-old, but lugging our large suitcase upstairs was a challenge. Overall, we were pleased with the property.
