Hi Inna, you registered two people and arrived with 6 people from the start. I announced on my VRBO page that there are cameras for security reasons, if it bothers you, you shouldn't have booked. When I asked in VRBO how many people are in the house, you didn't answer. The 6 people stayed almost the whole time and I saw 3 cars coming and going don't know how much more people entered via Garage. My neighbor heard/saw that too and can attest to it. Not because she's spying, but couldn't sleep because of the young people's noisy car. When my administrator asked you on the phone about the additional guests, you shouted on her and hung up. It is not a threat to require answers if VRBO rules are violated. According to my VRBO rules, each guest > then 4 costs 100 USD more, which you didn't pay yet. The house was cleaned by a professional cleaning service on the day of your arrival, together with my house manager. The same two took it over again at checkout and can attest that the stains weren't there before. They sent me a picture immediately upon arrival. If the stains were there you would have reported them. Again, you did not respond to this question of how this could have happened, just as you did not respond to any of my VRBO communications. I can prove this with the chat history. As always, all beds were stripped and washed. Same 2 witnesses. You also didn't report that they were supposedly not clean. Warm water in the shower always takes a little while to come, this is normal. I can understand that you didn't feel welcome after being caught with 6 people on the day of arrival. I don't think you didn't like it, with all the guests and visitors to invitations or parties. I assume you are only trying to avoid the upcoming payments by making false claims.
