The garden offers a large relaxation area with artificial grass. Facilities include a swimming pool with a child safety ladder, armbands, inflatable ring and ball, a table tennis table, a children's play area with various outdoor games, sun loungers with mattresses, and a shaded lounge area under a pergola with a power outlet for charging mobile phones while enjoying an aperitif.

Garden furniture is also provided for outdoor dining on the terrace, which is equipped with a motorized awning.

A shared room on the ground floor provides access to the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as storage space. Men's, women's and children's bicycles, a child seat and helmets are available free of charge, allowing you to leave your car parked during your stay and explore Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and the surrounding area.

Adjacent to the master bedroom, a 4-person jacuzzi with essential oils (bathrobes provided) will help you unwind after a day discovering Carcassonne and its vineyards. The area also features a cozy relaxation space with a sofa, cushions, hanging egg chair and comfortable armchairs.

Outside, you will find a dining area with a fire pit/barbecue.

Everything is ready for your arrival: bathrobes, shower gel, bed linen, bath towels and household linen are provided free of charge.

All essential baby equipment is included: baby cot, changing table with baby bath, potty, high chair and bottle warmer.

The house is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted outside on the porch, where a small seating area and ashtray are provided for your convenience.

Please note that any excessive consumption of water or electricity may be charged at the end of your stay. However, a generous electricity allowance is included for each stay.
