We were so glad to host Hans and his friends! They were respectful, clean, communicative, and took great care of our property throughout their stay. They certainly made the most of their trip! They caught four sharks in the river, attended the Kanye West concert, and even walked the 2.5 miles back from the stadium before cooling off with a late-night swim in the pool. It sounds like they had quite an adventure! They were an absolute pleasure to host, and I would gladly welcome them back anytime. They are a wonderful group of respectful young men, and I highly recommend them to any host.

We had a great spring break stay at the Tampa River Oasis! The hosts Deni and Taco were wonderful and it checked all the boxes: quiet neighborhood, clean, no bugs, cold AC, hot shower, comfy beds, and easy parking! We would definitely come back if returning to Tampa.

We had a great stay at this unit, as the unit is fully furnished with everything you need, is very spacious and the backyard has a great view on the canal and you can relax.The owner is quite nice and very accommodating, this unit is a great place to be at !

Deni was very helpful. The home was in a quiet and beautiful location. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Pool and backyard were amazing but it was too cold to swim.

Dani and Taco were wonderful hosts, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The back yard was wonderful for my toddler grandson. There was a pool and dock on site. The place was clean. The neighborhood was safe. I would definitely stay there again. Suzanne

I have found the perfect place to stay when I am in Tampa. My son and I regularly come up to visit. This rental is the perfect size. Good location and wonderful host. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great vacation staying at Daineli’s place. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful backyard with a pool and right on the water. Daineli also made accommodations for us and allowed early check in when our flight arrived early. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

We arrived a week after hurricane. Our hosts were able to get our unit cleaned up and repaired for us. Its a great unit. Perfect for my son and I. Really nice neighborhood and great location for getting to all the tourist locations. Will certainly stay again.

Great home away from home.

Place is clean, organized, and very comfortable. Deni and Taco were such accommodating hosts. Beds were comfortable, shower hot, laundry on site is a plus. Backyard relaxing and the pool was beautiful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back to Tampa. Thank you both.

4 day trip

1st and foremost, very clean. Extremely happy with how clean the place was. Did not spend much time their except for sleeping and a quick shower. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
