My son and I were visiting Tampa to tour University of South Florida. The location was perfect, close enough to the campus for us to get good feel for campus life and surrounding stores/restaurants/traffic, etc... . The community was quiet and well maintained. The unit is clean and exactly as advertised. Great value for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo for price paid but BEWARE that owner warns car will be towed if the decal is not displayed and-yes, it happened to me. Also I encourage the host to install black out curtains to limit brightness of street lights to the bedrooms.

you for your feedback. We appreciate that you enjoyed the condo. Regarding the parking decal, the parking rules and the requirement to display the permit are clearly communicated before arrival and in the check-in instructions. Unfortunately, the HOA strictly enforces these rules, and we have no control over their towing policy. As for the blackout curtains, we understand that lighting preferences vary from guest to guest. Most homes and condos in Florida do not have blackout curtains, and at this time we do not see a need to install them. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best.

We enjoyed our stay here. A couple odd things: there were no pool towels, so with four adults and only four bath towels, just plan in advance. Also, the Roku remote turns the living room fan light on and off. Sorry to the neighbors we probably looked like we were having a rave until we figured that out.

Great Condo in an excellent location to USF

This is a great unit. It has been tastefully remodeled and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the unit a lot. We were in town in part to do things at USF and this unit is right across the street, in a nice quiet complex. The owners are very nice and communicated quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location that was very convenient for all our planned destinations. Host was very responsive to all our questions and provided all the info required for a simple arrival and departure. Wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. Highly recommended ...would not hesitate to book again!

We had a great stay! This set up was perfect for 2 friends travelling together. It was so nice to have our own room each with our own private baths. After a long travel day, it was great to arrive & find some supplies stocked in the home! Water in the fridge & some snacks were unexpected, but much appreciated.
