Welcome to this charming condo in Tampa. This beautifully renovated beach-themed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is ideally located across from USF. Minutes from Busch Gardens, parks, Ybor City, restaurants, shopping, near Moffitt and Telecom Parkway. Located on the first floor of a secure community, it includes a private patio, access to a shared pool, guest parking, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, closets, and one features a workspace. Roku TV in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with Koerig and filter coffee machines.

This place was clean & the host left coffee, filters, Keurig cups, and bottles of water for us to use as well! It was easily within walking distance from the USF campus! If I ever return to the area I will stay at this property again!

My son and I were visiting Tampa to tour University of South Florida. The location was perfect, close enough to the campus for us to get good feel for campus life and surrounding stores/restaurants/traffic, etc... . The community was quiet and well maintained. The unit is clean and exactly as advertised. Great value for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Highly recommend!

Apartment was clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Coffeemaker, Keurig and tea kettle along with different types of tea and coffee. Location was close to shopping and restaurants and the USF Campus is across the street. We would stay again if we are in the Tampa area again.

We enjoyed our stay here. A couple odd things: there were no pool towels, so with four adults and only four bath towels, just plan in advance. Also, the Roku remote turns the living room fan light on and off. Sorry to the neighbors we probably looked like we were having a rave until we figured that out.

Charming Condo

The check in was easy and convenient. The host was available at all times. The house was well equipped with all our cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable. There were a variety of Restaurants in the area. We would stay at the Charming Condo again.

Great Condo in an excellent location to USF

This is a great unit. It has been tastefully remodeled and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the unit a lot. We were in town in part to do things at USF and this unit is right across the street, in a nice quiet complex. The owners are very nice and communicated quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable condo that had all the essentials (well equipped kitchen, dining, living, sleeping and bathrooms) for a pleasant and carefree stay. Great location that was very convenient for all our planned destinations. Host was very responsive to all our questions and provided all the info required for a simple arrival and departure. Wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. Highly recommended ...would not hesitate to book again!

We had a great stay! This set up was perfect for 2 friends travelling together. It was so nice to have our own room each with our own private baths. After a long travel day, it was great to arrive & find some supplies stocked in the home! Water in the fridge & some snacks were unexpected, but much appreciated.
