Beach Life by the Gulf- Charming & Fully Equipped!

Welcome to Redington Beach!

This charming Beach House is located two blocks from the soft sand of Redington Beach. Enjoy a good book on the back porch in the morning breeze. Take a short 5-minute walk to the beach (don't forget the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas!) and come back home in time to grill up something for dinner. Take an evening stroll down the beach and watch the breathtaking sunset that Florida is known for. End your day with a movie on the 70” smart TV.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people including infants and children. *Strictly Enforced*

Access the beach either on 158th or 160th. Both are within a couple of blocks of the house. This is a family-friendly, quieter residential neighborhood.

Outdoor quiet time starts at 10:00 pm, please be respectful of our neighbors :)

NO STREET PARKING.
2 CARS MAX IN THE DRIVEWAY.

Spring Break Visit

Great location and a quiet neighborhood. The house suited the needs of my family. Only 5 minutes from the beach access. Convenient parking in the driveway. Close to everything.

Ramin Saved the Day

Ramin the property manager saved the day for us. We had just flown in from Indiana, our other rental got cancelled at anna marie island. He was gracious enough to let us look at the house and also get an immediate booking as we had no where to go. This house is very nice, clean, laid out well and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which is a must. 2 blocks away from the Beach Access points. Super great experience and would highly recommend Ramin and this house. We thank you Ramin for helping us secure this home for our vacation.

Nice extended weekend

Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from the beach. Nice home with great neighbors. Spacious enough our teenage daughter was able to bring a couple of friends. Close enough to restaurants to be convenient but far enough away not to be intrusive.

Great location and accommodations

The location was great! Just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! House is well appointed and equipped with all you’ll need for your stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and all the tools for grilling. The availability of the beach Wagon was a nice touch as well as all the needed beach items. Bed was very comfortable and we both slept pretty well There were only a few minor things needed such as; laundry detergent and added window coverings over the plantation blinds to help block street lighting at night. (We are use to a darker bedroom-personal preference) The property management was very responsive and made sure we arrived safely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and the surrounding area as well!
