Ideally located in the heart of the village of Portes-en-Ré, it is close to all amenities: bicycle rentals, restaurants and shops, offering the perfect setting for your holiday.



The house is comfortable and offers a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.



SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE:

Spacious and bright living area with lounge area and separate kitchen.



Room 1: 1 double bed 160x200.

Room 2: 1 double bed 160x200.

Room 3: 2 single beds 90x200.

Room 4: 1 trundle bed + 1 travel cot.



You will find in the house 2 bathrooms as well as 2 toilets.



The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October. Pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 27°. The effective water temperature of the pools also depends on the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature, while a cold climate reduces it.



Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.



Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré under the best conditions!



The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.



INCLUDED SERVICES:

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and on-site house presentation are included. The tourist tax is not included.



The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
