Nous avons passé un super séjour à Ars en famille, la maison est très très bien équipée et la literie est top. La maison est au cœur de village, tout se fait à pied ou à vélo, le loueur est à 50m. Merci Valérie pour l'accueil, c'était parfait !

Fantastic property for a holiday in the best part of the Ile de Re

Everything about the house, the check-in and the facilities was exactly as-described and helped to make it a great family holiday in Ars en Re. The owner and keyholder were easy to communicate with, the property was beautifully renovated to a high standard and the location could not have been better. Thank you both!

Excellent séjour

La maison est idéalement située dans le centre de Ars. La location des vélos est à 50m. La maison est très bien décorée et avec tout le nécessaire. Rien ne manque. A noter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la personne qui nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Wonderful stay in Ars

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is extremely comfortable, decorated with taste and very well located. Communication with the owner/property manager was super easy and they were very accommodating - making sure we had a wonderful stay. I will likely come back and would recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Ars en Ré.

Formidable séjour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison, située en plein coeur d'Ars, à deux pas des commerces et du marché (et des pistes cyclables). La maison est extrêmement agréable à vivre, très calme, avec une mention spéciale pour la petite cour, idéale pour apéritifs et diners/barbecue au retour de la plage. Mention spéciale pour la parfaite communication avec le propriétaire charmant et réactif, ainsi que pour l'accueil le jour J par Valérie !

Très agréable maison de ville

Maison de ville récemment refaite et parfaitement située. Literie confortable, maison bien chauffée en hiver, très fonctionnelle, tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, plein de bd et de livres pour les jeunes et moins jeunes. Une jolie petite cour terrasse qui doit être très agréable aux beaux jours. Déco moderne agréable. Et une grande cheminée parfaite pour les amateurs de soirées au coin du feu en hiver. Quelques menus détails à revoir (poignées de portes brinquebalantes, peinture à terminer sur la bande du haut de l’escalier) mais rien de significatif. Bref, une adresse à recommander.

Maison très agréable et très bien décorée. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Ars et profité en plus du feu de cheminée le soir ! A refaire.

Great House. Great Location

Property was ideal for a family stay. Well equipped kitchen and large dining area. Plenty of room in the sitting area. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Wifi and TV worked well - important for the children! Location near the centre of Ars en Re was perfect. Valerie, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Maison très bien située au centre de Ars. On laisse sa voiture sur un parking gratuit à 10 min à pied, on l’oublie pendant 1 semaine. Un loueur de vélos est à 20m de la maison. Maison très bien décorée et très confortable. Ideal pour une famille avec enfants, des jouets sont même à disposition. La petite courette est très sympathique pour prendre son déjeuner au soleil.

Beautiful property; great location

The property is perfectly situated close to the main square in Ars-en-Re and walking distance from the harbour. It is very stylish, attractive, comfortable and clean - the perfect place to return to after a day spent exploring beautiful Ile de Re. Check-in was straightforward - we were welcomed by the lovely Valerie who gave us all the information we needed. Although there is no parking at the property itself, there is a free car park very close by. There is also a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance and a good choice of restaurants. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this property.
