Includes: on the ground floor: Living room (table + chairs, sofa, TV and bay window overlooking terrace and garden), kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, hood and washing machine), separate toilet. FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Garden with terrace, garden furniture and gate giving access to the promenade along the canal. Capacity: 4/6 people. 1 private parking place. A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.
END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra €100).
