Oct/Nov/Early December Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of the upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.

The kitchen was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the location made for an easy drive to Monarch and to town for the last-minute items we of course forgot to bring on the trip.

Extremely comfortable townhome that had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Very clean, and the owners were very communicative leading into our reservation. Great location for us and was perfect for our getaway.

My family and I had a great stay at this lovely 2 story townhome. It was clean and the hosts were very good about communicating. They have put a lot of love into the place. We love the area/neighborhood in Poncha Springs as a base camp for adventures in the Arkansas River valley. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we had. The house was wonderful, it was clean and bright and very convenient. The hosts were top notch.
Perfect table for crafts and eating.

We LOVED this house. Plenty of beds for our youth ministry. Very clean. Smelled amazing when we walked in. Wonderful, home. We would love to book again.

Great base camp for Monarch!

We had a fabulous stay. Nice touches included a guest basket with snacks and some extra toiletries. House was very clean. It’s a nice layout for larger groups too! We’d stay here again.

Ideal location for skiing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in with great communication with the owners. The property was very clean and well appointed. Ideal home base to drive up to Monarch Mountain for skiing! Definitely interested in staying again in the future.
