We booked this property for two months for our field team who were deployed for a project in the area. The house was well appointed, has a great layout, is in a quiet neighborhood, the host and cleaning team were excellent to work with, even stopping by to pull some shipments inside after the team had left for the weekend, and the price was unbeatable for a 3 bed/3 bath house. We will definitely book here again.

Great clean place for a family with small kids. We walked to the playground multiple times a day and the city playground is accessible without leaving the neighborhood as well. It was a great park nearby.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the space. Regarding the TVs, we strive to ensure our listing accurately represents the home, and the photos do not show TVs in the upstairs bedrooms. So good for family ski vacation, we keep coming back

We made this our regular place to stay when we are skiing in Monarch with the family, The place has everything you need, super clean and convenient. The property manager Nick Moffett is super responsive and very helpful. Even after your stay, we were looking for a lost item and Nick did everything possible to help us. Go Nick.

A Fun Time

We really had a great time. Fifteen-year old LOVED having her own bathroom. It is exceptional to find a lodging with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms The townhome neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe at night. The unit is completely well fitted-out and we enjoyed having the use of a washer and dryer for the 4-day ski holiday.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable condo

We had a great experience with this property. It is a beautiful and new home. We loved the spacious rooms with their own bathrooms. The garage was a bonus as we could drive in with our overhead storage box. Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and out was also easy. Good wifi coverage and cell phone signal (Verizon). The property is in a great location close to Monarch and close to Salida. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
