This beautiful custom home is located near Paines Creek Beach, in fact there is only one home between you and the beach. The owner has done a spectacular job of decorating and outfitting this lovely home. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The kitchen is fit for a chef and you'll be sure to whip up some yummy meals while on vacation.
The owners provide 2 kayaks for your use. Outside you will find a nice deck with a large gas grill, outdoor table & chairs and an outdoor shower. There is also room in the yard for the kids to play.
Inside the home you will find very tastefully decorated rooms with a bit of a beachy feel. The house also has central AC if the beach breeze isn't blowing.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
