Located 300 meters from direct access to the lake, the house is the ideal place to indulge in long swims, beautiful walks on the banks and many water activities thanks to the nearby water sports center. The center of Saint-Jorioz and its shops are 7 minutes away by bike, the cycle path at the end of the street. Spacious and comfortable, the house, from the 60s, can accommodate up to 10 people, with 7 bedrooms. Everyone can enjoy their space, while sharing real moments of conviviality.
The living rooms are located upstairs to make the most of the sunshine. You will have:
