Summary:
Welcome to Mountain Summit! Here you will see some of the best views that the Smokies have to offer. You can see Mt Leconte and downtown from right off your balcony! The condo is located just 3.6 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg!
Sleeping 6, this condo comes with 2 bedrooms (2 Queens), 1 Queen pullout sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms! The complex provides Indoor Hot tubs, Indoor and outdoor pools, game room, grills, and on site laundry! When you include the views, it cant be beat!

Located on 2nd Floor (Must go up short flight of stairs)
Awesome balcony to enjoy the greatest views Gatlinburg can offer!
Wood Burning Fireplace (wood can be purchased from the complex)

Guest Access:
The Guests will have entire access to the Condo. The guest must go up 1 short flight of stairs to access the condo.

The Neighborhood:
Just 3.6 Miles to Downtown Gatlinburg. You are close to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. You can even see the ski lift!

Getting Around:
We always recommend utilizing a 4X4 vehicle when navigating the smokies. You can navigate to this property just fine in an AWD or standard vehicle as well. We cannot predict inclement weather in the smokies, that is why we always recommend a 4x4 vehicle. Please use extreme caution when navigating the steep and winding roads! The Views make the Drive well worth it!

You will travel up 1 short flight of stairs to access your room.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book the condo.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, coffee and bathing items are provided!

This condo sleeps 6 guest maximum.

We want to reiterate utilizing a 4X4 vehicle when traveling to and from the condo, as well as all over Gatlinburg. The roads are paved and should be fine in any vehicle, but again, we cannot predict inclement weather that may cause issues for smaller vehicles.

We do not provide the firewood for the fireplace. It is provided via the complex in a seasonal manner.

Best view in Gatlinburg!

The hose was right, best view in Gburg! Was so nice to wake up to the sunrise over the Smoky Mountains! Unit is clean, well maintained, and has all you need for a home away from home. The trip up to the unit is not for the faint of heart, I can't imagine driving here during snow. :) Listing is correct, very steep drive to location - but worth the trip. We would stay again!

The sunrises are amazing!

The condo was perfect for 2 couples on a weekend getaway. Our friends from Atlanta said they needed to “get out of the city”, and had never been to Gatlinburg. So did we get them out the city! Everything was perfect.

Clean property with a nice view

The photos are accurate to the accommodation—clean with pretty views out the sliding door and breakfast nook window. The porch is small. The toiletry, towels, coffee etc supplied were adequate for our family’s stay. There were a few things to be aware of that may impact your stay that the property owner has little to no control over: The water tank has a high temperature setting and two of my younger children accidentally burned themselves—nothing serious, just yelling in discomfort. There are no can/recessed lights so the light fixtures and lamps are all the light you get. Of the four fixtures in the condo, 50-66% of the bulbs weren’t working so it was a bit dim when there wasn’t any sunlight. Since this is a condo, you’ll have neighbor noise to deal with. We were on the second floor and there was someone else staying above us who were rather noisy between 1-3 AM two nights in a row. We had to write them a friendly note to ask them to be more mindful and that helped subsequent nights.

It was a great place to stay to feel like you are really in the Smoky Mountains. We liked that we were out of town but not too far.

Beautiful view

The view in this place was beautiful! The unit was just ok, the building was not great, it’s old and a bit run down. The unit it self was a bit self deceiving in the pictures, it needs a lot of cosmetic upgrades. I was truly disappointed when I got there. We got there late and code that I was given didn’t work and we struggled to get in. I was a bit frazzled as I thought we would not be able to access unit and I was already frazzled from what the building looked like. Thankfully host got back to us quickly and we made it in. In all I will not return to this place.

Beautiful condo/amazing view

The condo was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The condo was clean and had everything you would want or need to make a short or longer stay comfortable. The condo was beautifully decorated. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. I had a hiccup with check in but it may have been my fault. There was great communication between the owner and I which I appreciated. He was prompt in responding to my questions or needs. The hills are steep leading to the condo but we’re manageable and is stated clearly in the ad. The view is beautiful! It offered a beautiful blue Smoky Mountain View in the daytime and an attractive view of the city at night. I will definitely consider this property again in the future but will book when the pool is open. Thank you again!

Fabulous

The condo is exactly as described. It is furnished well. The beds have great mattresses and are very comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but well equiped. You wouldn't want to cook Thanksgiving dinner there 😛 but, it is certainly adequate for small meals. (The oven is very small but it does have 4 burners on cooktop). The living room is comfortable and well decorated. The fireplace is great. The drive up is curvy but the view is well worth it. No doubt, 5 stars!!!

Very clean and very cute comfortable place

We really enjoyed staying here for a quick over night to visit Gatlinburg for our very first time. The place is very close to downtown and the roads are all paved making travel easier. The place was very clean and very cute. We loved the decor and how crozy it felt. The kitchen was also well stocked with about any thing you needed to fix food. Last but not least the view was amazing!! We definitely will be going back.
