This the best time of the year to visit Tampa Bay! This is a fully renovated one bedroom one bathroom villa designed with a subdued coastal vibe. Surprisingly spacious and stocked with all necessities. A leisurely walk on the neighboring Pinellas trail will take you to the quaint downtown of Palm Harbor and beautiful sunsets at Crystal Beach. Utilize the provided bikes to reach the downtown of Dunedin and Tarpon Springs via the Pinellas Trail as well (20-30min bike ride). We are Superhosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. Walking distance to plenty of bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Understated outside, the space is perfect for a couple. We were just passing through but had a great time and it was easy to walk the dogs on quiet side streets.

Perfect space for the two of us! Very clean and cozy! Well equipped kitchen and lots of storage space to unpack our things. Laundry was outside the unit but easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised with the location... literally steps from the Pinellas trail which was our sole purpose of visiting the area. Also close to many restaurants and towns. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating especially when we needed to extend our booking. We look forward to staying here again when we visit the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We have family that lives close by, so this was the perfect location for us to see them along with walking to different places off of the Pinellas Trail. Owners were super helpful with any questions we had!

Great little stay!

We had a fantastic time. It was perfect for our family. 2 adults a 14 year old and 4 year old. Close to beach and room for the kids to play. Owners are very responsive.

My wife and I had a perfect vacation there. The man and wife host were awesome and very responsive to any of our needs. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning low poolrating is because it had no pool and we knew that going in. We look forward to a return trip there. The blow picture is the front yard one morning.

Responsive host! Great central location for visiting Honeymoon Island, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs! Right on the Pinellas Trail! Unit was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Clean with simple check in...all we needed! Cannot beat this value! Will book again!

GREAT PLACE.

THE PLACE WAS NICE AND CLEAN. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE UNIT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR STAY. THE BEST PART IS IT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEST ICE CREAM STAND. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE WALLS ARE A LITTLE THIN YOU CAN HERE THE NEIGHBORS TALKING.

Nice clean property, Denay easy to communicate with. Only giving 4 stars as we felt walls were a bit thin and could hear the people in the adjoing unit.

Not so beachy

Inside unit was clean and acceptable. It is one of four attached units and walls are thin, inside and out. Noise level is loud with construction across the street at night, and slamming neighbor doors. Owner was easy to contact and have a conversation with.

I’m so sorry you experienced excessive noise. I wish that was communicated as I could have worked with other guests to curb this and improve your stay. Unsure what construction you’re speaking of as there is none on our street during your stay. I was actually in one of units myself during your stay and heard no outside noise. If you have any other recommendations to improve your experience please let me know. 3 stars for a clean well appointed unit is far below our standards.

Had a great time! The location is fun with the bike trail right behind the property. Rent an e-bike from Tarpon Tom’s a short walk away. There are lots of fun places to walk to as well-Stilts brewery, Strachans ice cream, Thirsty Marlin, Fireside Pizza and some others we never got to try. The place is clean and comfortable. The owner even brought over bikes for us to use!!
