I loved the location being so close to the District shopping center. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with almost every necessity you might need. The owner was quick to respond to every question I had.

Loved our stay here! The layout of the property was fantastic and plenty of space for everyone. Very clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds, extra pillows. While we didn’t use much in the kitchen, it had everything we could have wanted! Location was great- close to everything. The assigned parking space was covered, so this was great on these hot summer days. We came into town for a sports event for my son and will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

Great Communication

This place was clean clean clean. It was very cozy and had so many little things that made staying there great. Host was great at communicating and check out duties were simple and very reasonable.

Great Place to Stay

Beautiful place to stay. Within walking distance of lots of food options and shopping. Close to IKEA, aquarium, easy access to interstate not too far from mall in Salt Lake and we went to Thanksgiving point and the Outlet Mall. We enjoyed our stay very much and our host was great and very responsive! Great place to stay! Would definitely stay again.

Grat place to stay

Stayed for a college football camp. Great location and comfortable place to relax after.the camp. Better than staying in a hotel. Allowed us all to hang out together.

Great Location South Jordan

Roomy apartment two full size bedrooms with convertible couch and trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Plenty of towels and linens, kitchen adequately stocked, gas fireplace made it very homey. Walk to all major shopping and restaurants. Designated covered parking spot with additional parking available.

Perfect Cozy Apartment

I‘m a retired high school teacher who served 7 years teaching
Mandarin, world history & theatre. Now I’m a full time superhost, real estate investor & coach.

I was born and raised in Sanpete County, Utah. My family immigrated from Europe in handcarts with the Mormon Pioneers. I’m a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I served a 2 year church service mission in Taiwan where I learned Mandarin and developed a love for languages and people. 6 days after returning home from Taiwan I got engaged to my now wife Belinda who wrote me while I was away. 6 months later in May 2011, we were married in the Manti Temple. I’m a “girl-dad” who raised my three brilliant girls to speak Mandarin because I want them to love the Chinese people as much as I do.

I am an clear communicator, professional problem solver & trustworthy host.

I cherish connecting with new peoples, languages and cultures. I help you feel welcome safe and comfortable in your home away from home.

Longer stays encouraged. Our Full Kitchen is equipt with everything you need to make your own meals. In hopes to make your stay more affordable we provide starts for Coffee, Tea, and Waffles. We have a laundry room with Iron and everything you need to keep you looking your best. We have two large bedrooms with king sized beds. The Master has an original Purple matress, and it's own spacious oversized tub & shower complete with a with a walk in closet to accomodate longer stays. Our Second King Bedroom has a large closet as well with extra towels and sheets, pillows, blankets etc. For our family travelers we got you covered we provide a Pack n' Play, stroller, and high chair so you don't have to haul it on the airplane simply let us know you want them and we will leave them in the unit. The guest bathroom has a tub & shower with a lot of counter space to get ready.
