My wife and I stayed here for her Birthday while we visited the area. We only stayed one night but this stay was exactly what we were looking for, was clean and easy to access, and provided some fun activities for the night we were in the area. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come through town.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Pine wood interior gave it a cabin feel with all of the luxuries and comforts of a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay here again when in Mount Pleasant. The only issues were Google Maps directed me to the North side of the street, and there were no numbers posted marking the house number. (On the South side of the street) Also, my AT&T phone did not have reception inside the rental. I could walk out 15 feet from the home and could get reception. My wife's T-Mobile seemed to work just fine.

Great place and nice jacuzzi!

We enjoyed it a lot, especially the hot tub. The AC unit in the bedroom was a little annoying during the night.

Pretty Little Spot

it was a really cute place. I loved that they had little games to play around the house! I also loved the tennis court and hot tub. I thought it was so cool to see a hot tub inside! I really loved my stay and they worked with me during check out and If I was to go again, I would choose this spot!

We were amazed at how much room there was inside, the bedroom plus the main room with games and a tv and washer/dryer. There is a microwave and small refrigerator in the bedroom. There was also a large jacuzzi in another room, which was great as we love to soak. We were by ourselves, no one on either side or upstairs, so it was very private and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property if you are going to be in the area. There are not many places to eat or do in town, so we headed to Ephram, Utah for delicious food there and to Fairview to see the museum.

Mt Pleasant stay

We had a really good time! It is the cutest little house. There is plenty of things to do and keep you busy. The guide that the host gives is super helpful if you’re looking for things to do as well. The only thing that was challenging (which is really minor) is the kitchen. We did have to get creative when making our meals but it wasn’t impossible.

Reunion for Wasatch Academy alumni

The property is wonderful, quiet, clean, spacious and well appointed. Interaction with the owner, Brigham, was stellar! I contacted him numerous times prior to my stay and he responded very quickly to every contact. He also checked in with me each day during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions or concerns I might have. The unit has a massive indoor hot tub that is actually hot and there is a dry sauna as well. If you are a tennis player, there is a private court behind the house. Because I was busy with friends at the reunion, I didn’t make use of all the wonderful amenities but this would be a great spot for anyone who loves to have a day in the beautiful outdoors then come home to a lovely soak in the hot tub! There are a couple of roll out beds as well. There is a television in the large bedroom and a larger tv in the living room, along with plenty of comfy seating.I have been very happy with my choice to stay here!!

Unfortunately, this was the worst VRBO I've ever booked. I ended up not being able to make the trip and later was very thankful. The first day my husband came back to the VRBO to find a pair of wet swim trunks, a wet towel, and water on the floor in the jacuzzi room. Someone had been in there while he was on a job site. This issue was brought up to the owner and we were told repeatedly that it would be taken care of. However, when my husband checked, out the swim trunks and towel were still there. There were issues with locking the door, people walking around the back yard, and phone conversations right outside the bedroom window. Had I been there, I would have felt very unsafe. My husband said he is also glad I did not make the trip. While I am told this is not the typical standard of care that the owner provides, I would personally say to avoid it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand that you were hoping for a more private hot tub experience. In this guesthouse, the hot tub is a shared amenity, and I try to make that clear in the listing description and the welcome guide. Your room and bedroom spaces are completely private, but some areas like the hot tub are available for all guests to enjoy. I’m truly sorry if that wasn’t what you expected — it’s never my goal for anyone to feel disappointed. I’ll review the listing again to see if I can make the shared spaces even more clear for future guests. I appreciate you staying here, and I wish you the best in your travels.

It doesn’t state that the play ground is actually in the yard right next door to the owners who join the property. I didn’t take my little toddler grandson to play due to the fact it was awkward. The patio wasn’t comfortable to sit out on as no privacy. I was looking forward to coffee on the patio in the mornings. Their house patio and windows are right there, facing the 1 little table they offered. I will also say if there was a coffee pot station with plenty of coffee and cups on the main floor, it would have been so helpful. At 62, going up all the stairs to carry a single use pot down wasn’t convenient. Then to carry back up. I only went to this house for sleeping purposes, due to inconvenience. No kitchenette or coffee station on the main floor. Very inconvenient to go to the one bedroom for microwave and fridge. Had to take out the trash, and start the washer w/ load of towels. Hard for me to have to take the top cover of the hot tub off.
