Wonderful open and bright 3BR/3BA floor plan, with one of the bedrooms a separate guest casita. Located on the 18th Fairway of the Private Weiskopf Course at PGA West. Gorgoreous Southeastern views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Lovely and spacious back patio. Inviting courtyard separating the main house from the casita and garage.

HOA Rules and Regulations:
As a guest of PGA West, Res II, you are expected to follow the rules and regulations established by the home owners association (HOA). While owners are responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests, we will hold our guests responsible for payment of any violations assessed to the house during their stay (which includes offenses related to parking and driving, unauthorized pets, loud noise and disturbance, unauthorized entry on to Golf Course property, and all other violations of the Combined Community Rules and Regulations).

Great PGA West location

This is a great house. It has fantastic light and an easy layout. The kitchen is well outfitted with juicer, blender, decent knives and pots and pans. The carpet needs cleaning and the job done by the cleaning crew was mediocre. The owners on both sides are very nice.

Ideal Vacation

My husband and I have stayed in many different locations in Palm Desert and La Quinta, and this was our favorite property. The house has been totally remodeled with a perfect floor plan for just the two of us or for entertaining guests. The kitchen, dining and living room overlook the golf course and mountains. Morning sun provides the perfect opportunity for coffee on the patio. The hot tub has a small privacy hedge, and the large community pool, also with beautiful views of the mountains, is just a short two-minute walk away. We had two sets of visitors who thoroughly enjoyed the casita. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable or comfortable stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and the second was just as enjoyable.If you enjoy watching early morning sunrises and relaxing outside on the patio by the spa this is your place.Located on the private Weiskoph golf course in PGA WEST it is very private, and, quiet.The owners are great and respond to any concerns, questions almost immediately. We had no problems and only checked in with them if we needed a gate pass for visitors.Please see my review from last year, this is the same.LaQuinta is great.

Dan and Julie were excellent renters and we were so fortunate to have them come for the past two years. They took great care of our home. They were very respectful and great communicators if anything came up. We would highly recommend Dan and Julie as renters in the future.

Analog House in a Digital World

The best thing about this rental is the owner Mike. Super responsive and willing to help make it an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately the house is a bit dated and tired. When we arrived the home was not very clean so my wife went about bringing it up to her standards. The kitchen has all your needs but is a bit chaotic with lots of mismatched plates, dishes and glassware. During our 6 week stay we encounter a few issues (lost internet, small pest problem, hot tub) but Mike was always available and helped resolve any problems we encountered.

Heaven in the desert! A 5++++ property.

We've visited LaQuinta for the last six years. We've always stayed in Condo's and homes in and around PGA West. This trip was the most satisfyingly of all. We chose this area as we play a lot of golf and we are not more than 30 minutes from great courses. And, it is a 10 minute drive to Old Town LaQuinta with great restaurants ! The home is located on the private Weiskoph course 18th fairway in PGA west. It is inside a gated community and very private. We especially liked the home as the rear, all glass, faces East and you can view spectular sunrises as you have your morning coffee, (we're early risers!). The home is perfect for six people. The main house has a Master bedroom with full in suite bath and large walk in closet and a 2nd bedroom with full bath. The detached Casita has a bedroom and full bath. All bedrooms have TV's. The wide open areas, kitchen, dining and family room are warm and inviting. We watched TV on the big screen above a glowing fireplace on soft couches a short distance from the wet bar. The home has a redundancy of dishes, silverware and more towels than you'll ever need. It has a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We took advantage of the Spa a lot. After a round of golf or just soaking in the 102 degree water with drink in hand at night lòoking at the stars. We stayed 49 nights and have re-upped for next year! The owners are readily available if you have any questions. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here.

Great house! Beautiful view and fabulous light.

Mike was easy to work with. The house was very well outfitted. By far and away the best we’ve had in PGA West. We enjoyed our stay in their lovely home.
