"At the large blue door". Studio in Paris in the heart of the Marais.

This small studio is our private home and primary residence. Our philosophy: cleanliness, a warm welcome, comfort, and complete amenities.

Located in a building dating back to 1615, this very cozy studio overlooks a lovely tree-lined courtyard and is situated on Rue Charlot, opposite the Marché des Enfants Rouges, in a vibrant yet charming neighborhood.

Completely renovated, this studio is located on the first floor (very easy access: 10 steps) and features designer furniture and a style that is both "zen" and Parisian. The studio is very quiet, and you can sleep with the windows open.

The little extras: a quiet studio (overlooking the courtyard) yet in a lively neighborhood, a large open-plan kitchen, hardwood floors, and attractive exposed beams (low ceiling), typical of the area.

A high-end leather sofa bed (160 cm wide), particularly comfortable for sleeping and easy to open, completes this charming studio. Shower room with sink and toilet.

The Marais District
We've always lived in Paris and we adore the Marais and its unique atmosphere: restaurants, bars, art galleries, museums, designer boutiques, secret gardens... The Marais is one of the oldest districts in Paris: narrow cobblestone streets, private mansions, old houses with typical zinc roofs, apartments with exposed beams—it's utterly charming.

Nearby: Marché des Enfants Rouges, Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, Jardin des Archives Nationales. Nearest metro station: Filles du Calvaire.
