Unit #19 IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION DUE TO HURRICANES HELENE AND MILTON MAJOR FLOODING! We do not have a timeline on when we will be back up and running yet! But the board has hired a general contractor and we are in the process of starting construction.

Family vacay summer 2024

Great property and location, especially considering it did not flood with tropical storm Debbie. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Host was quick to respond to questions.

We had a great stay in this condo! It was equipped with a cooler for the beach, a towel rack for all your beach towels, and everything else you need for a great day at the beach. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Short But Sweet

This was probably one of the best villas we stayed at. Didn't need to bring anything other than clothes and food. Had plenty of towels, beach equipment and loved the openness of the villa.

Fantastic place to vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were lovely, condo was beautiful decorated. With 3 pools and right on the beach, you couldn't ask for anything more.

Another Great Stay

We recently returned home from another great stay. We are never disappointed staying here. In fact, each year seems to exceed our expectations. The unit is modern and exceptionally clean. Jen Mast is an excellent host. She is quick to respond to any correspondence. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The most wonderful vacation home

We absolutely loved this rental, perfectly kitted out with everything you could need. Lovely touches like laundry detergent, sun block, a beach wagon and loads of beach toys. Perfectly located on siesta key, so lovely to be able to walk to the beach. We hope to return!

Extremely clean and well-maintained modern feel. This unit had everything we needed and more. Excellent taste in decor, with all the details and conveniences you want with vacation. Will definitely come back!

Perfect little spot!

My husband & I stayed at this property for a week (Tue-Tue) and it was perfect! A quaint unit with just the right amount of amenities. The host had this place decorated so simple, yet so tasteful. Felt just like home! Clean unit, comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels—both bath and beach towels. Added bonus was the beach bin! Some folding chairs for the beach as well as an umbrella and our favorite was the wagon. Made trips to the beach so much easier! Chairs are provided by the property, but since the beach was HUGE and you have to lug the chairs down, the folding chairs were easier. The property is very well kept. Pools are great! And clean :) A nice little walk down to the beautiful, fine white sand beach—also very clean. Back patio had some seating as well to enjoy your morning cup o’ Joe! Easy to find, off the main road but was so quiet you didn’t even notice. Very close to all the surrounding hot spots! It was a vacation we will talk about for years and years! Thank you for the hospitality!

Comfortable, Beautiful and Safe! Perfect vacation

The prosperity was beautiful. Loved the closeness to pool and beach. Our condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed everything. The quietness of the prosperity at night along with security was a definite plus to us renting again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Just the right size for the two of us! Well maintained, nicely decorated and well stocked. Loved the coffee bar! The patio was great for sunny mornings and the beach was awesome! We would highly recommend to all!

You will not be sorry, 5 stars across the board.

My wife and I booked this unit and were very pleased with our selection, the property manager Jennifer is awesome and very responsive to questions asked and was very generous for letting check out late as our flight did not leave until after 8 pm. The unit is very clean and everything you need is there. Short walk to Jamica Royal's own beach and there were no crowds and plenty of loungers to use. Wish to stay here again sometime in the future and highly recommend staying here.

Another Great Stay at Unit #19

This unit is perfection from its location to the beach to the unit itself which is modern and clean. Everything you need for a great stay is provided making it easy to just pack your clothes and relax. Jen is the perfect host. She replies quickly and really goes out of her way to provide a wonderful experience. We cannnot to return!

Wonderful!

The condo is really cute and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The host is super responsive (before and during the stay) with answers to any and all questions I had about things. Very clean! Location is great! Would definitely recommend.

Awesome location and lovely condo!

Great location a short walk to the beach. Host is readily available if you need anything. We loved the condo and the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again!

Lots of added amenities.

The little one bedroom place was very nice. I loved the extra touch of scented hand soap. Very refreshing smells. The wagon was an added bonus for hauling our stuff down to the beach. The sand was compacted and very easy to walk on. We enjoyed our stay and have already recommended your unit to a friend. Jen was super helpful throughout our trip.

Beautiful property and complex

The property: fully equipped, to make you feel at home. I like to cook on vacation and the property has everything you need. It is tastefully decorated, which gives warmth to the stay. Parking at the gate of the property in the shade ... it is also something incredible. One detail that I think is important to highlight is that the property has a trunk that contains everything you need for your comfort to enjoy the beach.....excellent transfer cart, 3 umbrellas, lounge chairs, toys, etc etc) I did not need contact with the owner, because he leaves you everything prepared and coordinated that leaves you with NO doubts... (access, wi-fi key, bed linen, towels, etc etc) The JAMAICA ROYALE complex: Extraordinary !!!! very quiet, with 3 swimming pools, a dream beach with white sand, very well located within siesta key, PUBLIX supermarket and shops very close. It is very comfortable to go in and out for a walk.
