Peaceful Townhouse Just Steps from the shore

Stay here for your next beach vacation! Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway for two, or a multi-family reunion, choose this calming townhouse in Panama City Beach, FL for an experience that will keep you coming back year after year. King master bedroom, and Guest bedroom has 2 full beds in a bunk and a full size trundle, and the living room has a gel foam sofa-bed. We provide: 5 adult and 2 child sized beach camp-style chairs, a beach mat, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach bag, a beach cooler, and some sand toys. We also provide travel sized toiletries if needed. Access to the beach is just 400 steps (3-4 minute walk) from our home with free public beach access through R. Seltzer Park with public restrooms available (driving is also an option as there is a parking lot at the park if you are unable to walk the 400 steps). Feel free to bring your golf cart or boat if you have them. Or we do have a golf cart available for you to rent for additional fees. The whole house is yours. No common areas. Back yard is privacy fenced in and has a fire pit and year round backyard lighting. The neighborhood does have boat ramps for putting in at the bay and you can drive in the boat from the bay through the shipping channel to the beach side.
