Large deck with picnic table & chairs, facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with it's white sandy beach, just a few steps away. while technically not on the beach, there is a small dead-end road in front. this is a 4unit building and my unit is top left
Quiet area with many restaurants nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, floats and toys available for your use.
Outdoor shower. Great for families!
I was a Premier Host for this property and had many wonderful reviews under 573078 however I was not able to transfer this information.

Host was fantastic with quick response. The view is a bit obstructed with new construction in front but still beautiful views and a very quick walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Accommodations were nice. Nice views of gulf from deck. quieter end of PCB so didn't have tons of people set up on beach which was nice with having our little grandkids with us. Made it easier to keep an eye on them playing.

The unit was generally clean, with the exception of the uncovered chili/mac&cheese, half an onion, and a pitcher of something left in the fridge. There were multiple used condiments and other items in the fridge, as well as used toiletries in the shower. We had difficulty shutting the front door, as well as locking it with the lockbox code. A maid brought us a lockbox key, but we could never get the door to lock. The problem wasn't the lockbox, the problem was the lockbox hardware didn't line up with the holes in the door frame. We had to dead bolt lock the front door from the inside of the unit and use the sliding glass door to come and go thru... which also didn't lock but at least we could get it mostly shut. The wifi never worked; we used a hot spot from our phones to watch Netflix one night. On a better note, the unit was very spacious. The beds and couch were comfortable. The porch was nice with a great view of the beach! We were only a few steps from the public beach access. The A/C worked good. There were extra blankets, a fan, beach chairs and toys in the closets. The Host responded to messages quickly.

Thank you for your review the front door lock has been replaced And we now have new maids that leave the place sparkling clean also the Internet is working
