Comfy accommodations in a great location
The location of this property was better than expected! Based on the "general area" shown in the listing, we thought it would be farther away from the bridge and the Ribeira district, but it was so close and easily walkable to the center of Porto, the waterfront, and the port lodges. The flat was spacious, with peekaboo views of the river and Ponte Luís I bridge. It had clearly just been redecorated, as there was a strong smell of paint fumes. The flat was VERY clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms had upscale finishes. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The property manager was very responsive when we reported a small leak in the kitchen. Anyone staying longer than a few days (and doing some cooking) would probably wish for more kitchen towels and cleaning products for daily tidying up, such as broom/mop, cleaning spray, etc. But for only two nights with a large family, the place was great. We appreciated the washer/dryer after a long week of traveling around Portugal.
