Wake up to the sound of the waves at Summer Place #208, a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo on Okaloosa Island. This second-floor retreat offers a perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm, with panoramic Gulf views from your private balcony.

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers a twin/full bunk, ideal for families or groups. The condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, plus a spacious dining area and living room with plenty of seating for everyone. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Step out onto your private beachfront balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast’s sugar-white sands and brilliant sunsets.

Guests of Summer Place #208 enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service (March–October) with two chairs and an umbrella, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.

We stayed at this condo for a week & it was perfect! The host was very attentive & accommodating. The pool area was very clean, it would be better if they provided umbrellas & added some plants. I will definitely go back!

Yes. We loved the unit, but the showers were in tubs, and they were difficult to get in and out of. They need to have grab bars in both. I fell in the master shower. Not a good thing.

Perfect peaceful getaway!

The location couldn’t get any better. The view was amazing, the beach was a short walk away. If I could change anything it would be that there would be a second hot tub. The kids loved it and I enjoyed using the Keurig and drinking my morning coffee overlooking the beach.

Overall the condo was great

We had a good time overall but the people in this town weren't friendly and definitely not friendly to kids My kids loved the pool and the hot tub but couldn't enjoy it for all the Adults drinking in them

Wonderful ocean front views

Had a great time in this clean and comfy condo! Right on beach and pools are fabulous and well kept. The balcony furniture was so comfortable, any thing you would need in kitchen is available for cooking. Will definitely stay again! Only thing I can think of negative is the floors were slick in condo. Maybe they had been waxed. But we had to walk carefully. Great place though!

Review of Summer Place

It was seamless! Check in to check out, we loved it. The facility was well maintained, clean, and up to date. Beach service of loungers and umbrellas was impeccable. Our guy was amazing! What a hard worker. We made sure to thank/tip for our appreciation. Our party of 7 was super happy with the unit and location to the beach. We’ve never seen cleaner water or beaches other than in the Caribbean. One downside was we didn’t have access to what should have been the large heated pool. No response as to when it was going to be accessible.

Perfect beachside location

Walkable to several restaurants, shopping at the boardwalk and pier, this beachside condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, well kept and the manager was great. We had an issue with a washing machine and both times they came to fix it quickly and even offered to send out our laundry until they could get it fixed long term. The pool was clean and everything was just wonderful. Loved having access to an umbrella and chairs on the beach too! Best experience we have had in a long time. Great to split with another small family/friend group!

Condo was perfect! Owners very easy to work with. No problems. Highly recommend this rental but check beach conditions. Dead fish were everywhere. Pool was so nice and everyone extremely friendly. Quiet at night enforced by management. Loved the place but not the beach!

The place was great and clean and location but there were some things that could be done First it’s advertised a sofa bed and there is NOT ONE Shower heads need to be replaced asap like there were whelps left on my 4yr old from hard water build up and too much pressure out of the holes and there are no pans to use for the oven no cookie sheet or pizza pan to cook the chicken nuggets and froze pizza

The cleaning staff had not cleaned those in a very long time. The refrigerator was dirty and we had to clean it somewhat. The furniture needs upgraded because of lots of wear and close to breaking down. We had issues with a neighbor smoking marijuana nightly on their balcony. We finally called the desk and they said they suggested they not do that. Next time I hope someone just calls the authorities. No keeping the highly unruly kids in check but they worried about Yeti containers being beside the pool decks. I have pictures of things I have stated in this review. It was not a bad condo just needs LOTS. of Love!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SMP 208 is an older unit that needs a good cleaning. The surfaces of the counters, bed linens, and floors seemed clean enough, but the stove, dishwasher, fridge, walls, baseboards, etc are filthy. Additionally, one of the toilets was completely soiled and disgusting. I feel like Legacy might have sent someone to clean it if we had requested, but my mom cleaned it without saying anything until later in our stay. It is worth noting to future visitors that our unit was only somewhat clean upon arrival. The beds are the mattresses that come in a box, so you are sleeping on one large piece of foam that sinks under your weight. They are not uncomfortable, and if you lay in the same position all night, they are fine. If you get up or roll over, you need to work your way out of the sunken place that you previously made. This condo is somewhat accessible for those with disabilities, which is why we chose it. There are no steps on the walk to the beach until you get to the sandy side of the walkway, and there's only 3 small, manageable steps there. There are handheld shower heads. Summer Place is a nice property, that is close to Stewby's and AJs, but it needs some love. Beach access is great.

I would recommend providing oven mitts as I searched the kitchen multiple times and could never find an oven mitt, as well as a cookie sheet would be helpful. The iron should also probably be replaced as when we brought it out to use the cord is broken and has only one prong. But aside from all of that, it was a great place to stay. Wonderful views easy access to the beach. We really loved our time there.
