The Space:

Waterscape's A119 is a quiet retreat from everyday life. Relax and read a book while you sit on the spacious balcony and listen to the waves. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Excellent Location! Wonderful Vacation!

My family had a wonderful time. We’ve stayed at Waterscape for years and this unit was certainly the best location to the parking garage and pool access that we’ve had. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. We had an amazing time and would certainly book this unit again!

Quick stay

We had a great two day stay, property was nice just wish weather had been. Some sand not from us was on the bunk beds no other issues.

Great Experience!!

My wife and I took our 3 children in June of 2018 and loved every minute of our stay. The condo was clean and very nicely furnished. Had most of the basic cooking and eating things we needed. Access to the pools and beach were both less than 2 minutes. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here again.

Nice condo

This was a nice unit and looked just like it did in the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware. The balcony view was of another hotel’s parking lot. The location was conveniently close to the parking garage, pool, beach, amongst other things.

Beautiful place but not perfect

The condo was a great size, had what we needed and the decor was nice. There was q dead roach in the house which concerned us the the rest of the house seemed clean. The view was of construction at a nearby hotel and across the street was a bar and "Gentlemans club" which didnt give us a great feeling with our kids. The pools were nice although only 1 is heated and it was very cold. The beach is right off of the property and beautiful. The management company stayed in contact the whole time.

Cool place.

So because I have sensitive allergies I would say that the place needs a deep clean. The ceiling fans in the room were really dusty. I got sick from the dust but that is because I am really sensitive to dirtiness. The shower had black mold like I said it just needs a deep clean. The pullout couch that we tried to have a pajama part on was horrid definitely needs a new cushion. Oh and the guest bedroom’s balcony door does not close, this they definitely should fix.

Weekend Getaway!!!

This was the PERFECT getaway! We took my daughter and a few of her friends here for a 15th birthday getaway. When we arrived, the convenience to this unit was unbelievable. Park, walk in and there you are. The ground floor makes it easy and no waiting for an elevator! I also love the fact that the hallways to the room are indoors and cooled. The walk to the pool area was also amazingly convenient! The actual unit was spacious & beautifully decorated with the "beach theme". The master suite was spacious and had a separate door to the balcony, oh and the master bath....oh my goodness....was HUGE! .Large walkin shower, whirlpool tub and very spacious! Secondary bedroom had it's on full (also very large) bath and the cute bunk room was perfect for "stowaways". The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need for your stay including washer and dryer, so we didn't have to travel back with wet and sandy clothes. I'm looking forward to taking the entire family back this summer! Oh and I didn't even mention the pool area which is out of this world and it was such a short walk to the "happening places" of Ft Walton Beach. Great trip! Packed and ready to get back!
