THE SPIRIT OF THE PLACE:
Everything is designed for indoor-outdoor living; the atmosphere is warm, and the layout is simple and welcoming. The villa embodies an authentic and vibrant lifestyle - a place where people love to gather, share, and feel at home.

INTERIORS (105m²):
Perfect for 4 couples or 2 families (max. 7 children), the villa comprises:
- A 50m² living room with a very well-equipped central kitchen with a sliding door leading to the outdoor dining area, a comfortable cathedral-style lounge, and a separate relaxation area with a bench seat.
- 4 bedrooms and 3 shower/toilet areas, including:
1 master suite with private bathroom (17m²), 2 bedrooms (10m² each) sharing a shower room; and finally, 1 separate bedroom with sofa bed and shower room, accessible from the outside (12m²).

EXTERIOR:
Set on a 2,000 m² plot, with an enclosed garden, in a peaceful setting punctuated by birdsong, and sometimes even Corsican songs, they offer:
- a south-facing pool for cooling off;
New: heated on demand (with delay) from October 25 to mid-June 26.
- terraces to enjoy the sun throughout the day, surrounded by local nature: oaks, olive trees, native plants, and wild grasses;
- as well as parking (2 cars).

NEARBY:
- Supermarket & bakery 5 minutes away in season, Sant’Amanza & Bonifacio 10 minutes away; Porto-Vecchio 25 minutes; Figari airport 23 minutes away. The beaches of southern Corsica between 8 and 25 minutes.
- To fully enjoy your stay, we'll share our favorite places: restaurants, artisans, food shops, walks, boat trips, in-home massages... Everything for a gentle and authentic immersion.

📝 GOOD TO KNOW:
- The quality of our villa is praised by our guests (pink site) as well as the responsiveness of our exchanges.
- Parties are not allowed, out of respect for our local neighbors.
- Your pets are not allowed.
- The villa is located in the heart of nature: wild boars, wild cows, or other comings and goings may trigger a reaction from local hunting dogs. To effectively and peacefully mitigate this, use background music or sleep with the windows closed.

RENTAL:
-1-week minimum from one weekend to the next in July and August.
- Includes cleaning and laundry, towels (no bath towels) and sheets for 4 double beds. There is a supplement of €20/day/guest for additional stays. Baby cot €15/day.
Free change of clothes every week for rentals of 14 days or more.
- Sofia prepares the house for your arrival. Louis, who is nearby, is a gem if needed.

Finally, this is a family home that we return to as soon as possible. Don't be surprised to find some basics in the kitchen cupboards or refrigerator. Games, books, and magazines are available for you to enjoy peaceful or shared moments.
