Welcome to our newly constructed industrial tiny house with amenities for a perfect stay. Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

The space
Additional amenities include Wifi on a gigabit network a 55” inch flat panel TV in the living room and a 42” flat panel in the bedroom. A full kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer make your stay far superior to any hotel. This is the perfect getaway for weekends, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, visiting kids at college or business trips. The tiny house is very quiet and a peaceful place to stay. Access to the Tiny House is via a beautiful new walkway. The landscaping is still in progress.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire tiny house as well as the deck and patio area (under construction) to the west of the deck area.
