This place was just incredible. Very clean and cozy. Perfect neighborhood and a very easy walk to downtown. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Home is in a fantastic location. Walkable to the University, downtown, and the historic slant street area of town. It was clean and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay in this house. There were some minor details of the amenities provided that could be updated and improved upon.

Amazing. My only recommendation would be to turn the ac off. It was an ice box when we arrived. Also, the towels are awful haha. Some normal hotel style ones would be better. Oh and just so you’re aware the backdoor was unlocked when we arrived! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect stay!

Everything about this precious property was perfect. Our 2 kids had a great time playing in the large yard and we could walk to everything we wanted to do.

Amazing location!

Minutes from everything but situated in a lovely neighborhood. Sipping coffee on the porch was a highlight.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place. Great location, spacious home, and Brian was incredibly responsive to our needs. We would be glad to visit Missoula and stay at Brian’s place again.

Great home!

The home is in a great location! Brian was very responsive and flexible with check-in/check-out. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really loved using the front porch to enjoy our coffee! We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Missoula Home!

402 Blaine was a lovely old home in a tree shaded near downtown neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The home was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely come back again!

Weekend in Missoula

We had a great time for our weekend in Missoula. Walking distance to Higgins, short drive to UM for the football game and S campus stadium for the soccer game. House was clean, beds were comfortable, yards were well maintained. A solid option.

Super great and comfy home

We were only at the house for a short stay (1 night) but it was welcoming and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and made for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep before we headed off to the second part of our trip. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

Perfect little place

We really enjoyed this place. Location was great. Communication was great. There’s some nice extra touches. Little note on the fridge with great places to eat. There was coffee in the cupboard. 4th place we’ve stayed in Missoula. This is our favorite.

Peaceful

Beautiful Historical Renovation

We were in Missoula for the MT and NDSU football game and enjoyed our stay in the quiet Rose Park neighborhood. The historical renovation restored the original features of the home and the rest is refreshed. You are conveniently located near downtown and the University Campus. The home is very clean, with good parking and the hosts are wonderful!

College drop off

Wonderful, clean, comfortable house. Within minutes of university. We dropoed our daughter off at college, so it eas an emotional few days. A nice, comfy place to relax sure helped.

Perfect location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and as others have noted, the location is great. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The porch was a lovely place to spend the cooler evenings. One small suggestion would be to add more small tables in the bedrooms (bedside) and in the bathroom. We struggled to find places to set toiletries, phones, etc down at times. But that’s one small thing - overall, great stay!
