This is a multi-family friendly home, totally remodeled in 2022/23, allowing privacy and separation with dual kitchens and living areas. The backyard is very spacious including the pool area, eating/grilling area (with awning) and covered porch. A new screened in back porch sits off the master bedroom. In addition to new landscaping, there is a pooch and people washing area for your return from the beach. Beach carts, beach chairs, beach towels are provided for your time at the beach and exciting outdoor games when at the pool. Have you every played Yard Yahtzee? Updated furnishings throughout the home , all beds are king and queen, and so much more! This is not only a place to enjoy the beach or pool, but a place to unwind and relax indoors.

Heating Pool
Pool can be heated, Late April-May and September-October. A heating charge will be applied if you want to heat the pool. Please notify me a week prior to your visit to turn it on. It is a heat pump heater so it may not heat to 85 degrees in cool/cold cloudy weather. But, it makes a comfortable difference!

Understand we have 2 external Ring cameras. One oversees the HVAC and other over garbage area. Also utilize device quantity monitoring in living room.
Maintenance: Pool cleanings, yard mowing, etc. occur weekly. Occasionally a maintenance person will need to enter the home.

Wonderful rental home for our family vacation to HHI. Loved the quick walk to the beach each morning then relaxing in the pool after. My daughter loved the loft bedroom and claimed it right away as the room she would be sleeping. The screened in porch off the primary bedroom was another great area to relax. Perfect vacation!

Beautiful home, well equipped with high quality everything. Very close to the beach so it’s an easy stroll to get there. Clean and comfortable furnishings throughout the whole property. Even the gardens were neatly manicured and lovely. This is a place I would return to in a heartbeat. Our family really enjoyed this property and all it offered. This was our first time on Hilton Head Island and it is just beautiful and a place we’d go back to for sure.

Family Vacation 2025

This property was perfect for our family trip. 5 bedrooms, great in size and accommodating. Large family room, large dining area, outdoor Pool, cleaned twice during our visit. Close walk to Folly Beach. Made our first visit to Hilton Head a true pleasure and hit with the family. Memories were made.

Great house for family and friend vacation

Great property, great common place, has a nice pool, only a few minute walk from the beach. Very quiet area. Easy communication with property manager, easy check in and check out. Have stayed here twice with my family and would recommend to anyone for a nice stay.

Fantastic property and perfect location

This property is absolutely perfect for extended family to stay in one house but also provides some privacy and separation. The hosts have thought of everything that you might need and provided it. Loved the location and walkability to the beach and bike paths. The cleanliness was outstanding as well and every detail was taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely beach retreat!

The perfect home for a large family vacation! Marty was prompt with communication and ready to assist with any questions that arose during our stay. The layout of the home was great for our crew - we loved sharing the large common space but also appreciated the separate areas that allowed privacy (we traveled with 2 young children that routinely nap so the set up was perfect for our needs). The house was well stocked with lots of thoughtful extras that made the stay extra special. Easy walk and access to the beach too. Would highly recommend!

Great place for a family

The house was easily able to accommodate our family of 9. Family members had their own room and the pool was a great place to relax and build family memories. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will book the place again when we visit Hilton Head in the future.

Great family house/close to the beach!

A clean, beautiful home that accommodated our family of 9 really well. It is a close walk to a beautiful beach and an easy drive to good restaurants and about an hour into Savannah. We had a great time!

Amazing time!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Communication leading up to the trip was amazing - Marty made sure we had all the info that we needed for check in and for enjoying our stay. He was available any time that we needed him (which was never) and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house was fantastic - quick walk to the beach, amazing pool and amenities, and comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. We loved it so much, we are already planning when our next visit will be. Can't recommend the place enough - thank you!

Enjoyable beach time

This house was perfect for my children and grandchildren. There was plenty of space, house is well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. Pool is well taken care of and an easy walk to the beach.

Great house in perfect location

Our family had a great time at the Folly field beach house. The house was in a great location about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 8. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The house is even better in person than pictured and great for our two dogs.

Fun and Relaxing Family Time

Absolutely loved 44 Folly Field Rd! A cute home with everything you would need. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space. The location is perfect! We enjoyed our days at the beach and then coming back and hanging by the pool playing games. Was a great week of fun memories!

Just what we needed

This is a great house and worked perfectly for us. We had 10 guests (3 families) and each family was able to have essentially its own wing of the house. They have great quality items to use as well, such as All-Clad pots & pans which was a nice touch, and it was a great location so close to the beach. We would definitely consider renting this property again when visiting Hilton Head Island.

My wife and family have been vacationing at the Island Club for over twenty years with our two daughters and extended family. We enjoy visiting Hilton Head more frequently than once a year, so we purchased our first two bedroom unit at the Island Club in 2012.

We now own two Island Club units and this home in Hilton Head. One condo is a two bedroom condo and the second is a three bedroom condo, ocean front. The home is located on Folly Field Road. We are Premier Hosts for both of our Island Club units. To see our reviews, please search for Island Club 4502 #2150140 and 5504 #2142774.

We purchased this home in September, 2021 because of its unique dual family setup. The home is remodeled to reflect our standards for customer experience. All of the interior furnishings are new and modern. All beds are queen or king size beds.

We also chose this property because it is a single story family home. One bedroom is located in a loft area. It is also conveniently located to the beach access area with paved walkways and the beach board walk. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach.

We think you will enjoy the home and we love to hear and receive your feedback as we continue to improve the property for our guest's enjoyment.

Upgrades are also coming inside the house. Updated furnishings, all beds will be king or queen, and so much more! This will not only be a place to enjoy the beach or pool, but a place to unwind and relax indoors.

This is a five bedroom home set up for two families to vacation together and still enjoy some privacy. There are two living quarters with full kitchens, washer and dryers, and eating areas. You can vacation together or separately.

As a single level home, there are no stairs to navigate to bring in luggage or groceries. There is a loft bedroom that is accessible by a set of stairs in the secondary living space. The loft has a queen size bed and television

We do allow pets up to 30 pounds. There is a wonderful neighborhood walking area for dogs and for easy access to the beach.
