This condo was perfect for us! The location is unbeatable with just a quick 2 min walk to the beach. It was great having beach chair service and being able to walk to a lot and of restaurants. We loved that we could bring our pets along for vacation and being on the first floor was very convenient for letting the dogs out as well. The condo was extremely clean and communication was quick and easy with the hosts. We will definitely be back!

This unit was fabulous. The two King beds were so comfortable, the unit well stocked and very clean. Very timely communication with the owner. Loved that we were able to bring our dog and could walk right outside to walk her. Parking was a breeze as well. The pool was heated and the hot tub oh so relaxing. Loved having the TVs in the bunk area, such a nice touch!

Perfect Getaway!

We had an AMAZING week staying at Saltwater Shores (The Beach Retreat - 108) and could not have asked for anything more! The property is beautiful, very clean/modern, a short walk to the beach across the street, and pet friendly ()! The beach set up for 4 everyday was really great and made beach time so much better (and easier)!If you are looking for a special place for your week (or more) in Miramar Beach we highly recommend!

When we’re not welcoming guests, you can find us enjoying the stunning beaches, exploring local spots, or just relaxing with our two golden retrievers. We love spending time outdoors—whether it’s taking a stroll along the beach, biking around the area, or simply soaking in the gorgeous Gulf views. Our goal is to create a space where you can unwind, feel at home, and make lasting memories with your loved ones.

Being hosts allows us to share our love for this area and ensure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy a perfect beach vacation. We’re always available to offer recommendations or assist with anything you might need during your stay. We chose the Scenic Gulf Drive area of Miramar Beach for its perfect blend of beauty, tranquility, and convenience. This area offers stunning Gulf-front views and easy access to some of the best beaches in the country, while still being close enough to all the amenities and attractions that make the Emerald Coast such a desirable destination.

What we enjoy most about this area is the laid-back, relaxed vibe combined with a wide variety of things to do. Whether it's lounging on the soft sand, watching dolphins play in the surf, or enjoying a beachfront dinner at one of the local seafood restaurants, there's always something to make every day special. The sound of the waves and the soft Gulf breeze create a peaceful atmosphere that helps you truly unwind and escape.

The area also offers fantastic walking and biking paths, making it easy to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. We love how easy it is to get to our favorite spots—whether it’s grabbing a coffee at a local café or indulging in some fresh seafood at Pompano Joe’s or Captain Dave’s, everything is just a short stroll or bike ride away.

Miramar Beach strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and activity. It's quieter than the busier areas like Destin, but still close enough to enjoy all that Destin has to offer, from shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets to family-friendly activities.
