Sweet and beautiful

This property was amazing! It was very clean and spacious. Not far from the beach with a hot tub and swimming pool within steps . Most definitely would recommend this property.

The pull out sofa bed is terrible and needs to be replaced. There were dirty bathroom towels in the washer when we got there and there was a little grass on the sheets in the master bedroom closest to the front door. Could have been cleaner. The location is good.

Pre-July 4th 2025

The place was much bigger than we anticipated. The boys stayed in the room with the double beds and the girls stayed in the other room with the king bed. Both rooms had their own bathroom so that was awesome. The master bedroom was apart from the kids rooms, which made us parents feel like we were in our own space. Overall, great trip and experience.

We loved the condo. Large and spacious. It is the farthest unit from the pool and beach. For most, that wouldn't be an issue, but my sister just had a hip replacement so it was a very long walk for her. We had to drive to park near a closer unit and walk from there. We still loved our stay and would visit again! it was a long

Awesome Location

We were literally minutes from the beach, walking distance. The property was very clean and Karen was super nice. She called minutes after checking in to ensure we had no issues. Also the community pool was very clean. I recommend others to stay here.

Amazing place

Hands down one of the best vacations we have taken! The condo has everything we needed, we had a nice view of the ocean and the activities such as the pools, hot tub, basketball, corn hole and more were so nice! We plan on coming back!

PROS: Private Beach with setup was phenomenal. The location was great. This unit is prob the furthest unit but was an easy walk with a sidewalk. Photo below. The Mgmt Co is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Had updates along the way that were very helpful. We had really wanted to extend our stay but due to cost we decided to arrive and check the place out. It was amazing that it was even an option! We loved how spacious the unit was and we had plenty of room. CONS: We had wished (just nice to have) for some kind of curtains in the other two bedrooms as it was very bright even with the blinds shut. We arrived to a broken washer that was running completely empty as it had burnt up. They came out for a quote only and we were never able to use it. Bit disappointing but things happen. Would have been nice to receive some concession. Some things that were really disappointing were the furniture is quite old. The bed squeeks when you sit and every time you turn over. The couch was visibly stained and was very uncomfortable. Drawers stick and had water marks that ruined the plywood. The bed and couch were the main reason we didn't extend the stay. Master bath water will not get hot but shower was great. The sliding door for the balcony was incredibly heavy and hard to open. I couldn't open without help! Overall was a great location and we had fun with great weather. I had high expectations with the reviews I read.

Great Stay!

We have stayed at the Maravilla complex before and love its central location and proximity to the beach. This unit was larger than others that we've stayed in, with 3 full bedrooms. In total, 6 adults and a teenager had plenty of room. Host was very accommodating. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay

My boyfriend, son, and I met our friends and their 2 children here for a 5 night beach vacation. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are huge, and the living space was great. Our only complaint is that the bed in the primary bedroom was not very comfortable- the mattress was sagging and the box spring old and squeaky when you got in or out. But the proximity to the amazing private beach and the pool was absolutely perfect. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay at Maravilla 4211. The Unit is very spacious, only a few minute walk to the pools and beach! We love the fact that Maravilla is pet friendly, as our little fur babies also travel with us. We will be back next year!

The condo is nice, they need to renew the dishes in the kitchen (pots, pans, etc)

We found various cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. the condo needed a better cleaning. the washer had sand. The property manager brought new silverware and cleaned it up a bit. The beach was wonderful. Despite the inconveniences we had, we had a marvelous time on the beach, our pet enjoyed too.

Wonderful Snowbird Stay!

We have stayed at several places in Maravilla in the past. This was our first time staying in unit 4211. The beds were very comfortable, there are two huge king-size bedrooms and one with two twin beds. Because it’s a bigger unit, there were two balconies, which we thoroughly enjoyed because they got in the sun in the afternoon. Being snowbirds, we appreciated the warm sun! We loved that the condo was so close to the heated pool and hot tub! We had a couple of issues because there wasn’t any vacuum cleaner or mop there and the toaster broke down. They will immediately taken care of after contacting the company.

The condo is outdated!! All mattresses sink so bad the you roll to the middle. The bedspreads are worn, dingy, and smell. The tile is very dirty. The couches are worn, dirty, and smell. The washer took up to 2 hrs to wash one load. The dryer was clogged with lint all the way through the wall to the outside and it took 3 days to get it fixed. Mara villa property was nice but this condo was falsely advertised by your company!!! Splendid - no way😤😤

Nice Little Getaway Across from the Beach

Great getaway! The furniture is a little dated but nothing of major concern. All 3 bedrooms had private baths. Kitchen had all of tools you need to cook and although I wiped everything with disinfectant wipes and sprayed the air with Lysol myself, the condo appeared to be clean and ready beforehand. There was a guy in there inspecting (without a mask) when I arrived. It's ok, I sprayed the air. Beach is literally across the street from the front of the first building. One of the pools and the hot tub was close to this condo. Sometimes rentals have dish detergent and liquid soap or a sample of washing detergent available, this one does not. This could be a COVID protocol and I am ok with this, but just informing so that you can be sure to bring or purchase these things. Overall, my family enjoyed the experience.
