Great Family Getaway

We loved the house and pool. We are a growing family and might need a bigger pool next time. Loved our bedrooms and especially each having a bathroom. Beach access was great and the golf cart and bikes are a must for us. The elevator made groceries a breeze to unload. Everything was wonderful. Thanks to all who made our stay so easy and relaxing.

Great stay for large groups!

We visited Seagrove Sparrow for a girls trip and the house was a perfect set up for our group! It was spacious and comfortably fit the 13 of us. The beach as well as a few restaurants and shops were just a walk away. The house provided a few basic items like dish soap and bars of hand soap, but no cleaning products or tinfoil/saran wrap/etc. and only a few trash bags - just something to keep in mind when planning! Other than that, I would definitely book again!

Nice Property

The house was wonderful, so much space. Perfect having the teens on the bottom floor in the bunk room so no one had to listen to them stomp around, lol. It is a little further from Seaside but it was so quite and the pool was great. Really enjoyed the stay.

Stunning beach home

A Wonderful location with every amenity needed in this modern and spacious vacation home. The space and layout of this 3 floor home with a stunning outdoor patio area with pool could not have works better for our group of 16! We will be back for sure in future.

Beautiful accomodations

The home is gorgeous… elevator and pool were great. The only drawback was that beach access was only to nearby public beaches… these beaches did not have umbrella and beach chair set up services, so chairs and umbrellas had to be carried each day… difficult for older guests. Private beaches that had this service were nearby but not open to us. Home would be much improved with arrangement that would allow guests to use private beaches.

Outstanding stay!

This place was everything it was advertised to be. Only two issues and they were minor. Elevator didn’t work. We didn’t care because we like to use the stairs but my handicapped mom had planned to be with us but could not at the last minute. Had she been with us it could’ve been disastrous. Also gotta get used to the pool alarm every time you go outside. We must have set it off fifty times! All in all the place was beautiful, well maintained, the pool area was a great place to relax as well as have our evening dinners and play games. The beach was a super short walk and the golf cart and bikes were an added bonus. Loved it!!

Beautiful home very close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was gorgeous and had some very fancy appliances that was kind of a surprise! The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk from the house, not bad unless you’re carrying a lot of items + kids I would recommend taking the golf cart included with the home. Although golf carts aren’t allowed on the beach it helped haul our things. I do wish our bedroom AC was working better. It felt about 80+ degrees especially in the bathroom area. I wish they could have done more than provide a box fan. Other than that I recommend the home.

Excellent property for large family

Great property clean, modern, comfortable. plenty of space for family of 12 with room to spare. Pool, bikes and golf cart were a great bonus.

Fabulous house

The house was wonderful.. just beautifully done and decorated. Thought it would be a little easier to get to the beach since we were right there, but had to go around and down past all the private beaches.. Great house to be in when it rains— which it did five out of the seven days.
