Step into warmth and character with four large living and dining spaces on the first floor. Prepare meals in the updated and well-stocked kitchen. The adjacent dining area plus kitchen bar seat 12 comfortably with plenty of counter space for serving. The flow and design of the first floor ensure you’ll easily find a space to play games, watch Roku tv, curl up with a book or catch up over a glass of wine.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll escape to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Getting ready is a breeze: Each upper floor has a large updated bathroom with a freestanding shower, supplied with hair and body products and plenty of towels. Choose between the jacuzzi tub and clawfoot tubs to unwind! Also on each upper floor you'll find a bedroom suite for up to six guests. Each oversized main bedroom offers a comfy queen bed as well as a twin trundle bed. Through these main bedrooms on each upper floor is another cozy bedroom enclosed by french doors, featuring a king on the 2nd and queen on the 3rd floor. Make yourself at home with ample closets, Roku tvs, sitting areas, books, games, an iron, pack n play, The new, soft carpeting and brick construction of this home make the upper floors quiet and peaceful retreats.

One of the highlights of this property is the fenced-in double lot, with ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck and let the kids (or adults!) run around. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor seating as well.

1. The outdoor spaces are off-limits to gathering/talking/playing music during quiet hours after 10pm to avoid disturbing neighbors. Gather indoors during quiet hours.
2. Noise levels should be respectful to neighbors at all times of the day (no loud music). The house is equipped with noise detection sensors to alert if noise becomes excessive, indoors or outdoors. These do not record anything.
3.No visitors at the property without prior permission of hosts.
4. No smoking of any kind indoors, and glitter and confetti should not be brought into the home.
