Fun and colorful beach condo located in beautiful Wells, Maine within short distance to Wells Beach. This condo has new furniture, appliances, linens and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. This two bedroom condo features central air, washer and dryer, deck with sitting area, cable TV, free private WiFi, and much more. This condo also has an outdoor heated swimming pool, activity and fitness room featuring ping pong, pool table, game tables, etc. and steps away from the local mini golf and trolley stop. Conveniently located to all area amenities and within walking distance to most. Unit also has a single car garage available for your use. This unit is available year round.

Minutes from the Beach

Great location, approximately 3 mins from the beach. Close to restaurants. Having a pool to use when not at the beach was an added bonus. Would stay here again

Great Maine beach vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was clean , & well stocked. Loved the location to Wells beach. Also the pool was a great time. Great outdoor space. Would highly recommend it.

Cute Condo

Condo was great for our needs. Comfortable beds, clean- nicely decorated. A couple of issues came up but host was very responsive and fixed issues almost immediately. Would stay again!

Great unit in a great location!

Centrally located to Wells area beaches and within walking distance to doughnuts and mini golf! We enjoyed the space and was as expected on check-in / check-out. All the modern conveniences! Recommend.

Perfect vacation

The condo was super clean and very well located at Wells, 2 min from the beach. Also it is between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit, which are both 15 min from the condo. The host was really quick to answer to our questions. We are planning to go back next year! Thank you Shelly!

Summer ME Vacation

The property is really nice and easy access to all that Wells and Ogunquit offers. The dwelling is very nice and clean and they supply stuff that’s great to have access to on vacations (beach towels, plenty of dishes, toiletries, etc) that other properties sometimes miss. Only complaint - the water pressure in the bathroom sink and filtered water on fridge is very low.

Very nice place!

Excellent location, the owner answered all our questions within minutes. The propriety is well maintained, contains everything you need, plenty of towels, wi-fi. It is exactly as promoted on the site. We would return without an hesitation. Thank you!

An absolute must-book for toddler parents

Wow—what a great stay. We stayed for a week with our 15-month old daughter, and cannot recommend more if you are vacationing with young kids (or without!). It’s incredibly spacious and clean, with great central air. The living room has two sliding glass doors so you can see your baby while cooking etc while they play in there. The bed is very large and comfy, and the tv with surround sound is awesome after the kids go to bed. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to Walgreens and easy driving distance to other attractions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I adore we decorated and amply stocked, great location

This property is as advertised and decorated like it came out of the pages of a magazine. The host has thoughtfully included loads of helpful, amenities and cookware, plenty of towels, clean bedding… We had an issue when we arrived with something that the maid overlooked but the host immediately addressed it and graciously, and completely took care of the issue. I was concerned about the location being tucked in behind Walgreens, thinking it might be noisy or like we were staying in a city location, but my fears were unfounded. It is a quiet, beautiful, family oriented property that I highly recommend to anyone.

Wells condo

While the pictures were as advertised, I did not realize this was a condo until we got there. The owners of the upstairs condo were very noisy. I live in a quieter condo and would not have picked this had I realizes it was a condo. The owner was very helpful with any issues that we had!

Great location for a fall vacation

Our vacation was in the Fall but this would also be a great summer place as well. We were very comfortable here felt like being at home. Every time we thought we needed to get something it was there. Having a washer and dryer was great, saved from doing all the laundry after returning home. The entrance to the property was easy and convenient. Great restaurants nearby and easy trips to Kennebunk Port and Ogunquit.

Great stay at Barefoot in Wells

We loved staying here. The cottage was modern, clean, and comfortable; it became our second home for 2 weeks while we were in Maine. Parking was easy (dedicated spot right next to the cottage, plus a garage spot below it). It was an easy walk up the stairs to our outdoor deck with my wife, 11-yr old daughter, and 8-year old son. Outdoor house was convenient for spraying the sand off of our feet and boogie boards. The wi-fi was spot on- and easy to connect all of our devices. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed, fridge was spacious to hold our groceries, and take-out, and washer/dryer saved us trips to the laundromat. The location is very convenient in terms of navigating entry onto Route 1 (you exit via a traffic light- no waiting for the on-coming traffic to cease), and you can easily by-pass Route 1 traffic by heading down Mile Road down to the shoreline of beaches. This is my 40th+ year coming to Wells, and my family's 10th; we've stayed in many places over the years, and this was one of our favorites.

Barefoot Cottage condo in Wells, ME

We enjoyed our visit to Barefoot Cottage. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the pool was very nice, and the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything, (beaches, groceries, gas, drugstore, dining, Route 1). The unit was well appointed, air-conditioned, and stocked with a good amount of linens & towels. Shelly was very responsive throughout the process and has a few friendly neighbors who are very hospitable assistance is needed. The use of the private garage was a great bonus. There is a flight of 12 or so stairs you must navigate to get to the unit, and the deck off the living room is not private (open to stairs that lead to 2nd floor unit). The flatware was in short supply as was toilet paper. The kitchen and fridge were both somewhat small but manageable. The master bedroom, living room, and the 1 shared bath were comfortable & spacious. Beach parking was expensive and hard to come by, but we had many beaches to choose from within a 10 mile radius. Overall we had a fantastic stay and phenomenal weather for our 1st family trip to Maine.
