Back yard was cleared as you hard requested. Anything and everything that you have asked for was done and provided for you. I am sorry you were not fully satisfied with your stay after we did everything possible to make your stay comfortable.

Thank you for your opinion on our beautiful apartment. The floored and entire unit was cleaned throughout prior to your arrival and per your complain about the floors maid was sent back and cleaned it again. You were left four rolls if toilet paper and you were made aware in the biginnig that we do not resupply paper goods. There is absolutely nothing wrong with dishwasher and refrigerator both in perfect working order. Beds do not require box springs they are platform beds with bunky boards under the mattress. Unfortunately Theresa acted like she moved in for good instead of a few days vacation rental and sent a list of complains from day one. I would not recommend her to other hosts as a guest and would not host her again.
