The home is equipped with 2 Queen beds in separate spacious bedrooms, along with 3 twin beds in the third large bedroom. All mattresses are new Sealy Posturepedics and topped with antimicrobial mattress covers. Premier furnishings are featured throughout the home, with a 55-inch SMART TV in the living room, plenty of lounge seating, and dining space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who wish to indulge in their own home-cooked meals, and the private patio area is the perfect location for enjoying a meal or enjoying the sun. In addition there are quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, along with a washer/dryer downstairs.
This home-like living extends to the surrounding area, where you can live like a local and enjoy all the major attractions such as Gavelston's Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, or The Grand Opera House.
