About this space
Welcome to beautiful Palmilla! Immerse yourself in the lushest and most luxurious community in San Jose del Cabo.
Professionally designed by Stock&Bonde in 2022, all furniture and decor was imported from the likes of RH, etc.
Lounge at the private pool or walk to the swimming beach across the street. Enjoy The Shoppes at Palmilla for restaurants, groceries, and boutiques. A 10 min drive and you're in the Art District of San Jose del Cabo with the weekly Art Walk, bars, restaurants, & more.
The space
As soon as you enter the door, you are transported into this ocean-view oasis, equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway. You will be enamored with the professional design and thoughtful touches throughout, making the space feel like home.

This home has two primary bedrooms, with comfortable king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both primary bedrooms open up to the private pool area. The bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed, with a twin-size bunk overhead. This home comfortably sleeps seven people, ideal for 3 couples, or a family.

Both the upper and lower levels have expansive outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The mature landscaping and stunning palm trees provide plenty of privacy and shade.

Enjoy the large chef's kitchen, plenty of outdoor space, and all the amenities you expect for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a very peaceful neighborhood with a very strict no-noise policy from 10 pm to 9 am. Loud/rowdy groups are not conducive to this space.

This home does not come with access to Club 96, this is a member and homeowners-only club.

This home includes a private luxury concierge, Hideaway Cabo, that will assist with all your needs. Whether that's in-villa massages, private chefs, drivers, yachts, and more, we are here to help.

The house was amazing even more beautiful than the photos. The host was very accommodating. Location is perfect. The pool had a great sun and shade combo. Everything you needed as far as cooking utensils go. Plenty of room for our group.

This house was perfect for our 4 day trip to Cabo. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beaches close by are stunning and, as the garden became a little shady in the afternoon, the communal pool was a great addition. Would definitely book again.

Great Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The furniture and decor were updated and comfortable and we loved having a kitchen. The pool and hot tub were also a plus. It's an easy walk to the restaurants at the One & Only, the public beach and a short golf cart ride to the Shoppes at Palmilla that has everything you need including a great grocery store. The dishwasher broke while we were there but it was fixed in less than 24 hours. While we would definitely stay here again, I would like clarify that the "concierge service" they reference in the booking is not a true full concierge. They will tell you who to call for various services but you have to book it yourself. Not a big deal but concierge services usually take care of the leg work for you which this one does not.

Great vacation!

We have stayed in Palmilla numerous times, but never in Villas de Montana. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was well appointed, and the concierge service was extremely attentive to our needs. The only issues we had at all with the home is the only beach access via golf cart is the public beach, which is a bit crowded. There is also not a lot of direct sun throughout the day when you are sitting by the pool. Overall however, these are minor issues for such a great villa at a great price.

Great stay in Palmilla

Our family of 4 had a wonderful pre Christmas getaway! Dining recommendations were fabulous (great call on 7Seas and Acre), house was clean and comfortable, driver and chef were super friendly, professional, and talented. Access to the golf cart was key for trekking to golf course, shoppes, and one and only dinner. And concierge was super helpful, easy to work with, and great source of info!
